Jim Jordan Played A Lead Role In Trying To Overturn The Election According To Newly Published Texts

A trove of more than 2,000 of Mark Meadows’s texts was published today, and they show that Jim Jordan played a lead role in Trump’s plot.

Jordan was one of 34 Republican members of Congress communicating with Meadows about overturning the election.

Rep. Jordan wrote to Trump’s chief of staff:

On January 6, 2021, Vice President Mike Pence, as President of the Senate, should call out all electoral votes that he believes are unconstitutional as no electoral votes at all — in accordance with guidance from founding father Alexander Hamilton and judicial precedence.

�No legislative act,� wrote Alexander Hamilton in Federalist No. 78, �contrary to the Constitution, can be valid.� �The court in Hubbard v. Lowe reinforced this truth: ��That an unconstitutional statute is not a law at all is a proposition no longer open to discussion.� �226 F. 135, 137 (SDNY 1915), appeal dismissed, 242 U.S. 654 (1916). � Following this rationale, an unconstitutionally appointed elector, like an unconstitutionally enacted statute, is no elector at all.

Jordan was trying to use the Federalist Papers to say that the election was illegal and Mike Pence had the power to overturn it via the recognition of Trump’s fake electors, which is not what Alexander Hamilton meant.

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) — More than 70 confirmed cases of measles have now been reported as the central Ohio outbreak of the virus continues.

Columbus Public Health reported Monday morning that there are 73 confirmed cases of measles in the area, a nine-case increase from Friday’s reported numbers. CPH also reports that 26 people have been hospitalized with the virus.

Of the 73 confirmed cases, four of them are partially vaccinated children who have received one dose of the MMR vaccine. Two people who have a confirmed case are listed as having an unknown vaccinated status while the other 67 cases are in unvaccinated children. 70% of the cases are in children 5 years old or younger, according to CPH.

Measles is a highly contagious virus transmitted through coughing and sneezing. According to the CDC, infected individuals can spread the virus for up to four days before becoming symptomatic. It typically takes 8 to 12 days after exposure for symptoms to develop, according to Columbus and Franklin County public health agencies.

Is Elmer Rhodes in prison right now as he is waiting to be sentenced?

And under federal charges doesn't he have to do something like 80% of his time before he is
eligible for parole?

And at 54 is it likely that he will die in prison? 20 years for seditious conspiracy and up to 40 years on his
other charges.

Elmer Stewart Rhodes III, the founder and leader of the Oath Keepers, and Kelly Meggs, the leader of the Florida chapter of the organization, were found guilty by a jury today of seditious conspiracy and other charges for crimes related to the breach of the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021. Their actions disrupted a joint session of the U.S. Congress that was in the process of ascertaining and counting the electoral votes related to the presidential election.

Three additional defendants, who were leaders and associates of the organization – Kenneth Harrelson, Jessica Watkins, and Thomas Caldwell – were found guilty of related felony charges. The verdict followed an eight-week trial and three days of deliberations. No sentencing date was set.

This is my neighborhood last Sunday ... Patriot Front shits who would not show their faces because

..... if they were I.D.ed the most likely would lose their jobs. I know this street and I have family, friends, and business
associates from around there. I have been inside some of those houses shown in the clip. A lot of these people were not from Columbus and some had come from as far away as N. Carolina.
