Initech's Journal17 Times Trump Tweeted About Obama's Presidency That Could Be About His Own
Trump has a backlog of years of tweets aimed at complaining about Obamas job performance, his vacations, and of course, the Affordable Care Act, otherwise known as Obamacare. But now that Trump is president, he has his own batch of criticisms to deal with. It also doesnt help that a lot of the things Trump criticized Obama about are things Trump has done, or is doing, himself. Other Trump tweets sound like they could easily apply to the Trump presidency.
Here are 17 Twitter moments in which a mean Trump tweet about Obama could have been a mean Trump tweet about Trump starting with the ones about Obamas 2012 election.

Reminder: Trump lost the popular vote against Hillary Clinton by almost 3 million votes. He is president thanks to the Electoral College.

Trumps position on Russia has been soft since before he took the presidency, and its well-documented that hes never had a mean word to say about President Vladimir Putin. Like when he talked to Bill OReilly.

Reminder: Trump often only takes press questions from friendly conservative media.

Reminder: Trump complains often about fake news and unnamed sources. He often does it in tweets. Like this one:

Holy crap!
Why do we need to understand Trump voters? They need to understand us.
They don't. At all. They do not, nor do they care to understand us. Their rhetoric is everywhere. 40 years of Rush Limabugh, AM hate radio, and the conservative's just total fucking hatred for the "liberal media" which doesn't exist anymore gave us Trump. Conservative talking points dominate the news. Need proof? There's 32 channels of nonstop religion broadcasting 24 / 7 on DirecTV, yet we only get one hour per week of "Real Time With Bill Maher" and a half hour per week of "Last Week Tonight With John Oliver". And both shows are on the same channel. Conservative books dominate the bookshelves. Need proof? Just browse your local airport bookstore or the bookstore at your local Costco. Conservative guests dominate the talk shows. Need proof? Just watch Meet The Press. Look at Milo on Maher this week - you hear more about that than you do about Larry Wilmore. In fact, Trump supporters will tell you that Larry Wilmore came off as hostile and arrogant.
Their refusal to work with the other side will ultimately hurt them in the long run. In fact in the election, more people voted against Obama than they did for Trump. They don't know why they've been brainwashed to hate liberals, they've been told to do so by AM hate radio and Fox News pundits. They don't know why they hate us, they only hate us for the perceived notion that their precious guns are going to be taken away. Or that we hate Jesus. We don't. But if anything the NRA should be thanking democrats - anytime one of us is in power, sales of their killing machines go through the roof!
We have no voice now. We live in a world where "alternative facts" and "fake news" are a thing. I mean seriously, at one point Les Moonves, the president of CBS, the very "liberal media" that the republicans rail against, said that Trump wasn't good for America, but he was good for ratings. You say Trump spends too much time playing golf? They'll tell you the statistics on that are fake. You say the Bowling Green Massacre never happened? They'll ask you for proof. I mean, shit, they're still hung up on Pizzagate! They think that Hillary Clinton and John Podesta actually ran a child sex ring out of the basement of Comet Ping Pong. And you say that Comet Ping Pong never had a basement to begin with! They'll tell you it's a cover up.
What they need to understand is that we don't want theocracy. We don't want a fascist dictatorship. If you've seen history, you know what happens to tyrants. The first amendment guarantees freedom of speech, freedom of religion, and freedom of the press. The republicans have already knocked off freedom of the press, and now they're coming for freedom of religion. These are things that make America the great place to live that it is, and now these things are being taken away from us. These are rights, not privileges. We also want unions to make things better for workers. They don't. They're perfectly fine with CEOs making 150 times what the average worker does.
There was a time when we fought wars to keep people like Trump from getting power. And the republicans have become everything they hate about democrats. Safe spaces? They have plenty of them. They need their own fucking news network because they don't trust the major ones. Infowars was founded on the premise that the "mainstream media lies to you 24/7". Snowflakes? Look at Andrew Puzder - when the mere rumor that he wasn't going to be confirmed was flying around, bowed out quietly with his tail between his legs! Boycotts? They've had six threatened boycotts since the election because they're so thin skinned. We've had just one. They say we need to grow a spine. They're so spineless that they don't want to be seen in public because they're afraid of protestors following them! Hey, Obama got death threats on an almost daily basis while he was in office, and he sucked it up and went out in public. Can't say Mitch McConnell or Trump himself will go out in public very much.
If they actually took time to understand us, that would be one thing. But they want us gone. Dead. They would prefer we didn't exist. Don't believe me? Check your Twitter and Facebook feeds. They want us gone. They drink out of their "liberal tears" coffee mugs with pride and wear Trump t-shirts. I've seen extreme violence and hatred advocated toward us since the election. They wear their anti PC sentiments with pride. If you dare speak against Trump or any republican, you get called a libtard, a Marxist, out of touch elitist, or worse and run out of town. We don't need to understand them. They need to understand us. We need to turn that line of thinking around.
Now here's a campaign I can get behind!
https://twitter.com/Impeach_D_Trump/status/833886466728140802John Oliver Discusses Trump's Toxic Relation With Putin Using Techno Music & Pyrotechnics
Donald Trump has many ties to Russia and hopes to improve relations with President Vladimir Putin. The New York Times has even reported that Trumps campaign had numerous contacts with Russian intelligence during his presidential run and after, which lead to the resignation of Michael Flynn as National Security Adviser.
As Oliver says, Its a bit weird that [Trump] has been objectively nicer to Vladimir Putin than to Meryl Streep.
Trump has made no secret of his belief that it would be nice if we got along with Russia to which Oliver counters, It would be also be nice if you could walk right up to a bear and hug it.
To remind Trump that being friends with a man like Putin can be a risky proposition, Oliver staged a cheesy techno-pop song complete with dancers and a driving beat to drive home the point.

Bravo!!!!!!!!!
We have to stop letting the republicans own the narrative that they are loyal to the constitution.
They are not. They are loyal to NO ONE. Period. End of debate. I will repeat: they are loyal to NO ONE.
If they were loyal to the constitution, they would have let Obama nominate Merrick Garland. If they were loyal to the constitution, they would not be unleashing the all out assault on the press that they are doing. If they were loyal to the constitution, they would have impeached Trump yesterday! They would not be causing riots at universities. The republicans have zero interest in protecting the constitution of the United States. They are only interested in their party, wealth, and loyalty. That is it.
WTF: Trump Mails Media Accountability Survey After Bizarre Press Conference
We are running against the very dishonest and totally biased media! the email read, USA Today reported. Its time to hold the media accountable for trying to rig this election against us.
The email said the Trump campaign would use the survey results to combat polls put out by liberal organizations.
Well, Friend, with your help today, the next time Im being interviewed, I will have my own poll that shows that the American people disagree with the dishonest media! the email said.
Thirty questions (about Hillary Clintons lies, political correctness and unfair coverage) led to a donation prompt.
Thank you for standing up to the medias lies and attacks, it said. Now take the next step and make a contribution to fight back.
Fast forward six months past the Nov. 8 election Trump won, his Jan. 20 inauguration and the first month of his presidency to Thursday and the grievance-filled news conference at the White House that took aim, once again, at the news media. He attacked newspapers and TV journalists for reporting stories of chaos when, Trump said, his administration is running like a fine-tuned machine.

Curt Schilling: ESPN has gone 'way over the edge on the left' politically
ESPN has gone "way over on the edge on the left" politically, Schilling said during an interview with conservative radio host Chris Stigall of Talk Radio 1210 WPHT in Philadelphia.
Schilling said the network's liberal bent has only gotten worse since he was dumped last year for commenting about North Carolina's transgender bathroom law,he said. Schilling would prefer ESPN come clean about its own political biases.
"I don't care that they do it. What I care about is that they lie about it. ESPN fires me for apparently being intolerant because I was actually commenting around the fact men should use the mens room and women should use the womens room. Apparently, that was ... the straw that broke the camels back. Then they come out and act as if they are a tolerant group and theyve gone full mental since then. I mean theyve gone way over the edge on the left, having a tribute to Obama after his last day in office, that gave me acid reflux. And them doing a special on Fidel Castro, which sickened to me to no end. ("Baseball Tonight's" Eduardo Perez is on that team at ESPN and hes a Cuban. He basically acknowledged the fact that Castro was Cubas version of Hitler. This wasnt a compassionate man. ...This was a horrible human being."
