House “Republicans” cut healthcare.gov funding by 90%. No wonder it doesn’t work well.

Hell, we’re lucky it works at all. Here’s the budget request for building healthcare.gov. 10 billion dollars to build the online exchanges allowing those eligible Americans in a red or purple state to buy health insurance. The Teapublicans gave them 1 billion. And now, they are “outraged” that the online system isn’t working perfectly, and are demanding to know why.

It is pretty safe to say that a NINETY-F***ING PERCENT CUT IN FUNDING had something to do with it. Pretty darned safe.

All those health policy cancellations? NOT due to ObamaCare.

Fucking blew my mind when I heard this yesterday. Blue cross and other Bastards can wait until 2015 to cancel individual policies!

Damn all greedy motherfucking health insurers.

Congress complaining that ObamaCare doesn't do enough is like Jeffrey Dahmer calling you a killer.

"Congress hasn’t accomplished f***-all since 2010. They tried and tried to destroy s*** instead of doing their jobs. And now, these useless moochers, these parasites, these pimples on the arse of our nation; these “representatives” are criticizing the ACA for only partly working. The chutzpah is truly breathtaking.

It’s like having Ron White tell you to lay off the Scotch.
It’s like having David Vitter call you a pervert.
It’s like having the Westboro Baptist Church call you a hater.
It’s like having Anthony Weiner call you a slut."

The Republican health plan: "Let him die". Remember?

http://gawker.com/5840024/ron-pauls-campaign-manager-died-of-pneumonia-penniless-and-uninsured is a classic story: Ron Paul, he who said that people who can’t afford assurance are choosing to die, let the man behind his presidential campaign die, uninsured, of pneumonia. And then he stuck his dead friend’s grieving mother with a bill for $400,000.00.

This was in 2008, and people might be so distracted by the imperfections of the ACA that have been dominating the media of late, that they have forgotten the inhumanity of the “Republican” party when it comes to this issue. We should remember this fact: the Repubs have never put forth a health care plan of their own. Except, of course, for “let him die”.

More at the link. Remember this, when the ACA seems like a cluster-fuck: the Teapublican alternative is far, far worse.

"Dear man on the bus" - awesome anti-sexism poetry slam

This is truly an awesome bit of work. 7 words from a sexist pig, overheard on a bus, inspired this spoken-word piece.

Lots of Teapublicans ARE racists. Put on your grownup pants and deal with the reality

"And it isn’t like they are trying to hide it. From the “Republican” party official who derides Democrats and “lazy blacks”, to the jackass waving a confederate flag at our black President, to the Congresscritter who compared Obama with a tar baby, the racism is out there and man, there’s a helluva lot of it.

Hell, even the KKK says that these Repubs and Teabaggers are racists. When people who count “racist” as a compliment call someone a racist, you can take that to the bank."

The third time, it's enemy action.

"The first international Snowden revelations were about China. And they were released to the “news” media, right before Obama met with Chinese leaders.
The scheduled talks were derailed and damaged by the resulting brouhaha.

The second time involved Russia. Shortly before Obama and Putin were supposed to meet. So much fuss was raised, the meeting didn’t happen at all.

And right before this week’s EU meeting, some Snowden revelations hit the press about… You guessed ‘er Chester, about the NSA spying on Europeans. American/European relations have taken a big hit."

Steubenville Rape Grand Jury indicts another scumbucket.

"This is why the grand jury was needed. Steubenville, as a town, tried its best to deny and cover up its predilection for sex crimes, and got busted due to the initial efforts of a blogger and a posse of hackers. Two of the perps thereafter got jailed, but those who engaged in the cover-up initially escaped punishment.

Today’s scumbucket rape-enabler is the 20-year old daughter of the school employee who was indicted recently. From the article:

Hannah Rhinaman, 20, was indicted on two counts of receiving stolen property and one count of grand theft, Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine said in a statement."

Never mind.

Ohioans used to call Dennis Kucinich "Kooch", and it's a profanation of his good, liberal name to associate it with that teabagging, sex-hating loon from the southeast.

There are lots of other things to call Cuccinelli, anyhow. And most of them are more fun, and fitting.

On edit: I did not realize that this nickname was of long standing. My apologies to all those who have corrected me, and my sympathy for your having had to deal with the jackass for so long.
