Now why would somebody over 50 want that? I'm 55, and I know I don't.

We have more of those coal ash sludge lagoons than any other state. We allow them to be located in flood plains and near drinking water sources. They are not required to be designed by engineers. The EPA rates 60% of them as "poor" on structural integrity.
