Deep down in the psyche of the nation when it comes to choosing a president is the "wimp factor". Americans hate wimps. When Romney buckled to Limbaugh when he denigrated Sandra Fluke for a week, the Americans saw what he was made of. We still believe in chivalry and defending women.
The best Romney could come up with was "those aren't the words I would use". I believe this burned into the psyche of Americans.

Clinton had a similar moment with Sister Soulja and he did not back down. We don't always agree with our presidents but we will not accept wimps.

Rarely have I so detested a man this much. I didn't even hate Bush this much. I just thought he was a manipulated moron. Romney on the other hand is soulless and downright evil. He has no empathy for anyone and is a total narcissist. He will do anything to win. I even liked Gordon gecko more. When we win we can all take pleasure that it is killing him.
