Darla Moore- new Augusta national member

Besides this being my least favorite major the selection of Miss Moore is an interesting one. Her greatest accomplishment is marrying a really rich guy.

The irony of the NFL ref lockout

Too funny. All or most of the refs in the NFL are heavy duty republicans. This is probably conjecture but look at the prerequisites for hiring them and it is easy to surmise that they are repubs.
Now they are being treated like dog shit. I wonder what they are thinking.

We won't change your benefits if you are over 55-Romney

Want to bet if they get in it will be an immediate attack on medicare and social security. Remind every senior that this is a man who won't show his tax returns and said he lived in his son's basement in order to vote in MA and he had to redo his taxes to say he was a resident in MA. Would you trust a man who won't show you his tax returns? Every other presidential candidate has.

Tell every senior

The Toaster- the greatest example of wasting money

My cuisinart toaster broke this week. it cost around $50.00 and it was the first time I ever spent more that $15.00 on a toaster. It turned out to be a colossal waste of money. It didn't last any longer that the $8.00 toaster and it certainly didn't toast my bread any better. I just spent $18.00 replacing it and I bet this new one toasts my bread just as well as the $100.00 toaster.

The Paul Ryan decision- exactly the same as Caribou Barbie

The "inside gossip" is that Romney made this decision on his own. The campaign wanted to make it look like Romney is a strong decisionmaker.

i don't believe that for one second. The campaign realized that they were losing big and made the decision earlier than was expected. Romney was falling so fast that they knew they were close to the abyss.

Their hand was forced and they had to make a bold move and change the discussion. They had to have a "game changer".

If they were close the choice would have been Portman.

Ultimately this will fail. No one votes for the VP and they didn't need to energize the base. They were all voting no matter what as the hate for Obama is so strong that they were motivated.

THE question to ask Ryan and republicans

Describe to me a "family plan" in the private health market(Blue cross).

When they finish here is your rebuttal.
There is no family plan. it is individual policies under the "umbrella". each person has a separate policy with a separate out of pocket that doesn't contribute to a " family plan".

In other words
My policy which was the most popular and wasn't a catastrophic plan

4 people
2,000 deductible per person 70-30 after meeting deductible
5,500 out of pocket
kids are combined
total out of pocket $16,500.id everyone get's sick
6 visits to Doctor-$40 copay. any thing else goes against deductible
RX- $350 per person deductible

If you bought the one plan up the cost came out the same if you got sick.

This is sick stuff and repubs and people like Ryan have never bought their own.

They will say no way and tell them this is the way it is.

My latest experience . I wet to the emergency room and they tried not to pay for the Doctor by saying he was out of network and more that customary. It took me 3 calls and it is still in limbo.. they said it was a glitch. hardy Har har. they were seeing if they could get away with it.

White men can jump

I have a friend who told me about this guy. His daughter goes to Mizzou and Tucker went down to see his girlfriend. They were at the rec center at Mizzou and there was a pickup game with some pretty big guys(over 6'7&quot and he was the last guy picked. He dunked over them early and they were just a wee bit surprised.

The belly putter

I have been listening to people like Gary Player and other notables and most of them think that it should be outlawed. They feel anchoring it to your body takes out the nerves and nerves are one of the biggest factors in golf. Comment golfers..
