Trump vs A Garbage Dump..A comment on President Trump.(a poem)

(an attempt at humor)

Trump is in a slump,
All he can see,
"It's all about me"
But he's in a garbage dump

The dump is full
That's easy to see,
Trump wants to flee,
But Trump cannot see
What his future will be.

Trump has hit the nail,
And he did not fail,
His hair will get stale
While he is in jail,

Trump is in a slump
Trump is in a garbage dump
So stupid is he,
That he cannot see,
He will need to make bail,
Or go to jail,
Then, back to the garbage dump

Trump has lost,
No longer the boss.
He sits in a pile,
And he has a smile,
Right there in the garbage dump!!!!!

the end.................thank you.......
Yes, I know it ain't the greatest.....

That is OK,
This poem is just for today!!!
maybe tomorrow another one

Trump's Carefully Constructed House of Lies.:CNN

Poster's Note: Michael D' Antonio has written a book on Trump and is particularly familiar with Trump's lies and cover ups. Article gives that kind of perspective to Trump. Perspective is as a liar and schemer and much more.

CNN) — No one could be surprised to learn that, according to an article in The New Yorker, Donald Trump allegedly employed an elaborate scheme to hide a betrayal of his wife Melania while carrying on an affair with ex-Playboy model Karen McDougal.

Neither should we be shocked to learn that during the recent presidential campaign, his buddy David Pecker reportedly used a "catch and kill" technique to purchase the tale of the affair for his supermarket tabloid the National Enquirer and then keep the whole thing secret. According to Pecker's company, the story was not published because it was not deemed credible and the White House denies

However, New Yorker writer Ronan Farrow's account of this plotting does break new ground in two ways. The first finds McDougal displaying the strength of character the President lacks by telling the truth despite the consequences that could arise from potentially violating her $150,000 contract with Pecker's National Enquirer. The second is seen in the nasty level of disrespect that Trump is alleged to have demonstrated as a husband and father during the affair.

As Farrow reports, McDougal claims Trump invited her to his home where he showed her his wife Melania's bedroom and welcomed her to other events. At one point he asked his son, Eric, who he thought was the most attractive woman present. According to McDougal, Eric pointed to her and "Mr. T said `He has great taste' + we laughed!'"

Another president lied, and here are exact words...from Wikepedia ...Break in was June 17, 1972

On August 29, at a news conference, Nixon stated Dean had conducted a thorough investigation of the matter, when in fact Dean had not conducted any investigation at all. Nixon also said, “I can say categorically that ... no one in the White House staff, no one in this Administration, presently employed, was involved in this very bizarre incident.”

On September 15, Nixon congratulated Dean, saying, “The way you've handled it, it seems to me, has been very skillful, because you—putting your fingers in the dikes every time that leaks have sprung here and sprung there.”
________________________________________________________________________________________

Some of us here today remember those lies. And today's lies, sound so familiar, so similar. I hope it ends the same way for Trump as it ended for Nixon. We will see.

What Trump is up against. An article about Mueller's Team: Washington Post:

Why post this article now?..To show again the quality and experience of the team Mueller has. This team is on our side to discover what Trump and the Russians did. While the article is from June 2017, it shows that the investigation side has extensive experience in the kinds of issues that Trump and his crew are accused of and will be accused of. These individuals have a lifetime of public service in the areas of investigation and convictions. Therefore, Trump's ability to "get out of this one" might not be what Trump thinks it is. This team in my opinion will get him. It is only a question of "when"

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/politics/wp/2017/06/16/muellers-team-has-over-a-century-of-experience-at-the-justice-department/?utm term=.267c29eab938

Philip Bump 6/16/17..Washington Post
Mueller’s team has over a century of experience at the Justice Department

Among the industries where President Trump is fostering the most job growth is legal services. Trump’s staff and allies are hiring lawyers to represent them in the ongoing investigation of Russian meddling by special counsel Robert S. Mueller III: The vice president hired a lawyer this week, and we learned that Trump’s longtime personal lawyer hired his own attorney Friday.

But the investigation is also generating a lot of work on the other side, too. Mueller’s team has grown to 14 people, including himself. We don’t yet know who all of those people are, but we do know some of the names. The best articulation of the strength of Mueller’s team comes from Wired’s overview. They include:

•Mueller, the former director of the FBI;
•James Quarles, who worked on the special prosecutor team during Watergate;
•Aaron Zebley, who captured terrorists for the FBI and has a background in cybercrime;
•Jeannie Rhee, whose career has focused on white-collar crime;
•Andrew Weissman, who targeted financial crime and the mob at the Justice Department;
•Michael Dreeben, a longtime criminal prosecutor and deputy solicitor general;
•Lisa Page, who has prosecuted money laundering cases at Justice.

Looking at the tracks of each person’s career (cobbled together from professional biographies online), the scope of the experience Mueller has brought on board is impressive.

(continue to read the article...there is a chart with a view of the experience of these team leaders with the FBI and with the Justice Department) (also these are team leaders, not full team, more have been added at later dates)

"No collusion" is what Trump said today. He has said that before. But Trump lies all the time.

Trump is a known liar. Many say he is a "pathological liar." It has come out in the last couple of days, that Trump had a detailed plan to cheat on his wife. Evidently it seems that the "wife" was not aware of the "plan." So, what part of most any kind of denial of any behavior or act are we to believe?
....Here is the total rub that gets to me. Trump somehow thinks that if he says, "no collusion" enough times, that people will believe him. As evidence mounts, (and I think it will) the opposite will happen. Why?
......That is what happens with known liars.. They lie and people don't believe them.

NRA? What does it do now?, It has a plan. For awhile, it shuts up and says nothing.

I have watched the NRA as it responds to mass shootings. It has a plan that works. First, their spokespeople shut up for a while. Usually 3 to 5 days. If anything, it is just prayers and support for those killed and wounded. Too soon to respond. Then after awhile, when things calm down, their response is always the same. Their spokespersons and those in the republican party who take a strong stand with them, basically say that no laws would have prevented this, and of course the 2nd Amendment argument.

It is the same plan used over and over. Quiet for a few days. "No new laws would have prevented this" "2nd Amendment response" "sympathy and condolences" A few other arguments might be used, "lack of security at the school" or some NRA people might say, "if the teachers had guns, they could have shot the intruder quickly after he started shooting". There are a few more arguments that we hear, but it is the same formula time and after time. Sunday might be too soon. It doesn't matter.

Same plan over and over. Each time. And their plan works........

Proof you ask? I thought after Sandy Hook there would be some new laws. There were no new laws. I don't think there have been any new laws passed by congress in many years. How about after Gabby Giffords was shot?...Nope....that was on January 8, 2011?...Nope.. (wasn't she a member of Congress at the time of that shooting?) (didn't matter)

Even though these mass shootings continue. again, and again, and again, and again.

Of the top 10 mass shootings, this is the only one, where the killer survived.

Hit the link, and see other 10 mass shootings. In all the others, the killer or killers were killed or killed themselves during or afterwards. This is the only one where the shooter, Nicholas Cruz, survived.

Mass Shootings in the U.S. chart from 1982 till 2017..Sources: 538.com/Mother Jones.

A short story with a chart..1982 till 2017.. warning:
Very uncomfortable and sad to view this, but it is true.
Hit link to see over all increase since 1982. Some years less. over all: more.

Title of chart: No matter how you measure them, mass shootings deaths are up.

comment:In my opinion this chart says more about gun control and availability of guns than any argument or interview can. So many deaths. Very sad.

It isn't about Kelly, Porter, or Pence. It is about Trump

Trump has established an atmosphere of "lies." It is ok to lie about anything. Trump lies and it's ok. So, all of his appointees know they can do the same thing. Just, don't get caught, and it can't be about what people think is important...Like beating up on your wife. Covering up something like that is ok, just don't get caught. Trump sets the standard for telling the truth and telling lies. And, it is obvious there is no standard.
