About Me

I thought I knew a lot, and I found out... how little I knew about what I know. And how much more there is to learn, if I listen and read what others have to say.

Journal Archives

Sorry I was totally wrong about Trump. I need to say that for all to see.

My addiction is food. Today, I tried on a pair of pants, I haven't worn in 40 years. Perfect fit.

Went from 216 (five foot 6...and 1/2) to about 148. I have kept the weight off since about 1983. These pants are the
latest move cause I lost another 8 pounds. Overeaters Anonymous saved my life. It is that simple.

(not sure of weight...guessing, because I threw away the scale sometime in 1983.

Good News. The air is totally clean where I live. 65 years ago. with coal heat that ..

wouldn't have been true. Also people are not burning the leaves these days. That polluted the air too...

Oh my?...Cars are much cleaner now with anti-pollution devises. So, going for a walk is ok...(except that it is 34 degrees, with a wind chill of 27 outside)....

I just discovered something, & I did not know about it at all..

I just discovered a little mark at the end of a post. It means you can send this thread or post to
the trash can. I wonder if that mark has been there all the time?...What do you know?
"Say it ain't so, Shoeless Joe." Only been here for 15 years.

Perhaps, Trump is announcing that he is not ever going to run for anything again. Perhaps???

Today I looked out the window and there it was: "A Fall Visitor" ...I don't think I had seen it...

since April...but it is back to Northern Illinois where I live. It ain't so bad today...but it is coming back..Today
it wasn't awful, ...but it is coming back. OH NO!! I HAVE FRIENDS WHO MOVED TO FLORIDA TO GET RID OF IT.

It is.....................A four letter word...that begins with the letter S..then NO..in the middle.....
and I don't want to write the last letter. ..................First time this fall. & not the last time for sure... OH MY!!

Greatest Comedian Of All Time ...Wiley E. Coyote. Why? More people have laughed at Wiley E, than

any other in the history of comedy...That is why:

You don't have to know a special language. All you have to do is watch a TV video. Wiley E. is probably all
over the world. I don't know for sure, but it is very likely. And his humor never ends. Even though you
have seen it a few times, it still makes you laugh. Ok, you don't believe that one?

Here is an example of an old one...that still makes you laugh. Lucy & Ethel in the cookie factory?
......................Is that correct??...............................................end of discussion.

Trump may...NOT announce tomorrow. Why? He may be told to wait..."Till the bad news is over."

....He doesn't know, that the "bad news about Trump" .....'WILL NEVER BE OVER"

Why? Biden knows the show...Joe ain't new, and Joe cares about people.."All Of Us."

That's why. More: "All of the show: The Good, Bad and the Ugly." As was once said.....

"Proof you ask"...Just look at his "record."

Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan says Trump has cost the GOP the last three elections

Republican Gov. Larry Hogan of Maryland said Sunday that former President Donald Trump has cost the GOP the last three elections and it's past time to reassess what's important to the party.

"It's basically the third election in a row that Donald Trump has cost us the race, and it's like, three strikes, you're out," Hogan said during an appearance on "State of the Union" with CNN's Dana Bash.

"This should have been a huge red wave. It should have been one of the biggest red waves we've ever had," added Hogan, who was ineligible to run for a third term in Maryland this year. Despite President Joe Biden's low approval ratings, the governor said his party "still didn't perform."

"I think commonsense conservatives that focused on talking about issues people cared about, like the economy and crime and education, they did win," Hogan said. "But people who tried to relitigate the 2020 election and focused on conspiracy theories ... they were all almost universally rejected."
