Why is this a scam ad?....Because the key words are printed in the very smallest print & although there is a picture of what is to come, those 3 wards are the key: Those words are:....... "each issue"...
...How many people realize buying the entire train, pictured in the ad....will cost $at least $400.00 and perhaps as much as much as $600.00 or more............................................................................................................... .
.....That depends on the number of cars that a person allows to be ordered.)...The $89.00 mentioned in the
ad is for one car, not the whole train. While the whole train could cost 5 or 6 times as much. There are some people who will not realize the entire cost of a whole train. (which is not mentioned at all)...will be ????
... How many cars are sent? (not known, and not mentioned) ...(total cost of train..not mentioned)..(never mentioned)
...Also:shipping and handling are also small letters that are not clear.. (my guess is that that cost is $13.99. (not clear in the ad)...So, the entire cost of the train goes up even more. Let's guess that there are 5 cars total..Each car costs $89.00 plus $14.00 shipping costs...(103.00) times 5 (total number of cars).. equals $515.00 total...
........The ad purposely does not mention the total cost since $89.00 seems reasonable..and $515.00 is a whole lot more
than reasonable ... Also shipping and handling are not even spelled out completely..(if that is what that means).
.....The ad is a con, and that is ......not a mistake... Therefore a 5 car train will cost $515. Only those who add up the entire cost of a 5 car train will figure this out...That is why I think this is a con. At no point does the ad say what a complete
train will cost, only one car and what that car costs. You got to sit down and figure out what an entire train will cost
if you are going to buy...Again, that is not done in the ad, and is no mistake.. (in my opinion)
(And....Yes, You are Correct.....Model Trains are a hobby of mine..I got more than one, a lot more)

An Amazing Experience on the Internet..Found the Location of a Business that just made a scam call.
...The Business Name was H.B.W. Leads...( or Leeds) don't remember.. So I put that Business name in
Google Search...Then I got to make a review of the scam caller...(which I did) ..Then I went back and
searched the internet for the location of the company..It took a while..evidently the place that the call
was from was from Salem Oregon on Commercial Avenue. Yes it took some time, about 10 minutes, but
that I could find it at all was really amazing..I found the name of the company, where it is located in
Salem Oregon, and I gave it a one star (lowest review possible) because they called me at all...And....I
read from some reviews. One review said, If they call you, and you pick up the call they often
call you again, and again and again...One reviewer said.."This company never stops calling.".
...Well it won't be the only one that never stops calling.....
.....There are many more...especially if you pick up the phone to answer the call......( & get on their list)
.................Anyway.........at least I shared this experience .....and I do feel better... & a solution
...................If you wait for the 4th ring of the call they usually hang up...that is the scam callers,
usually hang up...If it is a friend who wants to talk, that friend or relative will leave.........a message...
because I have an...........answering machine.....most people do..After a certain number of calls, there
is a message that you put on the machine that asks the caller to ........."please leave a message"...
