About the SPACE RACE...So you don't think it affected you???

...................Downsizing of computers, and eventually cheapening them and making them available to all..............

...................IS A RESULT OF THE SPACE RACE.........................they had make them smaller for
space ships, and smaller and smaller...With the small ones, they (the computer makers) decided to try to
sell them to the public. Now at first they were expensive beyond reason, but now these hand held computers
are relatively cheap ............(whatever that means)....and you are using a computer at this very minute to
read this ...and every time you go on the internet to see whatever you want to see....!!!

Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith's School Was 'Total Scientology,' Says Former Headmaster

Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith have long denied allegations that they are members of the Church of Scientology. However, the high-profile Hollywood couple operated a private school that reportedly taught the controversial religion to students. In a Daily Beast report published on Monday, multiple teachers affiliated with the Smiths' now-defunct New Village Leadership Academy claimed that the school was "essentially a Scientology school."

As noted by The Daily Beast, the Smiths initially used one of their residences as the base for the New Village Leadership Academy, but, in 2008, they opened the doors to a building in Calabasas, California. Jacqueline Olivier, who co-founded and oversaw the academy for a year, told the publication that while she was not specifically instructed to teach Scientology, many of the teachers that the Smiths had working at the school were followers of the religion. Olivier also said that she was asked to take "study technology" courses, based on the teaching method developed by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.

"They never mentioned Scientology," Olivier said of the Smiths. "But I remember they sent me the L. Ron Hubbard books, and I didn't put it together. It just seemed like a great opportunity."

Olivier claimed that she and other teachers at the New Village Leadership Academy were required to take classes at Hollywood's Scientology Celebrity Centre, as well as at Applied Scholastics, a Scientology-affiliated organization that's pro-study technology.

As for the teachings at the Smiths' school, Olivier said that various Scientology practices were a part of the curriculum. Among them, she alleged, was "Tone Scale"—a method of analyzing people's emotions—and "Debugging," in which a person's "barriers," as put by The Daily Beast, are supposedly broken down.

A Thought That Comes & Goes in My Mind: "If You Think You Have Seen It All, There Is Always More."

Often, I think that Ii have seen it all, I am Old, past 70. (the "O" word is no good, from now on, "mature)

...I have had lots of experiences, and have seen a whole lot.

.......But, there ........Is Always More.....

Now, you might say....."No, You Are Wrong." ......That is OK with me.

But the truth is ....".There Is Always More..".........

Just one example:...I thought Richard Nixon was the worst President in all of our history...
............................ I now think Donald Trump is and will be the ..."Worst President in Our History".. And....

..There are so many more examples. And the examples are from all aspects of our lives,
........... from countless parts of our history!!............

.....Think it over, and you will see, how truthful that single idea can be...(idea in title of thread at the top.)

Trump's crowds will grow less and less. Eventually, they will be so small, that Trump

may not hold rallies at all.....Why?.. Too many empty seats. (doesn't look good at all)
....People are finally convincing their friends and family that Trump is, was, and always will be a "killer". The contrast
with Biden is incredible. Some are seeing it just now.
....When people support and admire the ..."wrong person" it takes time to admit that they were/are wrong. The proof
Trump is a Russian whore is now coming out because of his support of Putin. But soon, no more crowds, no more rallies,
no more of Trump being a respected national person. Just like Tricky Dick Nixon he will have to closet himself in his home
in Mer A Lago...or do what he wants to do.........".move to Russia."... There, in Russia, Trump can be admired again for the turncoat that he is/was, and always will be.
....In time, he will be ranked as the ..."worst president ever." ...Why? because there was a national threat that eventually caused thousands of deaths, and Donald Trump said.."It's a hoax"

Russian President Vladimir Putin has ratcheted up tensions with the West for the better part of the last decade -- he annexed Crimea, meddled in US elections, poisoned an ex-spy on British soil, and more. Nearly every step of the way, former President Donald Trump parroted Kremlin talking points, excused Russian aggression and sometimes even embraced it outright.

It's easy to forget that a few years ago, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky wasn't known for his steely wartime leadership, but for getting dragged by Trump into the US political scandal that led to Trump's first impeachment.

Experts say Trump's actions weakened Ukraine, divided NATO, emboldened Putin and helped get us to where we are today. And even with Trump no longer in office, his impact lives on in the form of Putin-friendly commentary in conservative media and from some Republican lawmakers.

....Today is was going to go to well known appliance store in our area to buy a new vacuum cleaner. Now the ...
..more mature one ( I like that word better than the "O" Word ) still works and works well, but I thought I would'
upgrade to the latest model .......Yes, it is a Hoover Vacuum made somewhere in the U.S. in the 50.

....So, I was getting ready to go, and I used it to clean the rug in the room that I am typing this in. And then it
dawned on me this thought.............Why get a new one, this one works just fine? Yes, I got vacuum bags to
fit it, (enough for a while) and there are more somewhere. It is a loud vacuum but it is mine, and was my
mothers too. So what the hell, this works spend the money on something else....What could I buy???

...A New Computer?, New TV? New Lamp, New Phone? New Whatever?..Don't have a clue, says Stu.

The political world’s attention in recent days has largely been centered on the Russia-Ukraine crisis and Ketanji Brown Jackson’s historic Supreme Court nomination, the outcomes of which will have major implications for the future of Joe Biden’s presidency.

But there’s another issue simmering below the surface at the moment that could also go a long way in shaping the political environment heading into this year’s midterm elections: abortion.

After the US Supreme Court allowed a restrictive abortion law in Texas to remain in place, saying that abortion providers could still challenge the law in federal court, and took up a case on another in Mississippi – which is a direct challenge to the 1973 landmark Roe v. Wade ruling – Republican-controlled states have felt emboldened to pursue their own limitations on the procedure.

Four such states took further action on the hot-button issue just this week. In Idaho, GOP Gov. Brad Little signed a bill that bans abortion after roughly six weeks and allows family members of the fetus to sue abortion providers. Idaho is the first state to fully enact a law modeled on Texas’ restrictions.

I think at first, he was sure that he could get away with it. Later, he realized the answer was ,

NO I CANNOT GET AWAY WITH IT and eventually he served his time. At one point I read that his
father was a Holocaust Survivor, and that the father convinced Michael to tell the truth.

I read that his father said something like (not exact words, but similar) .." I did not
survive the concentration camp to see you lie to a jury "

....Therefore, Cohen told the truth and served his time..
