dixiegrrrrl's JournalOur prayers were answered!!!!!!!! Rubio will have 'big announcement' April 13,
I find watching him endlessly fascinating.
He is like the love child of Donald Trump and Ricky Gervais.
As with other clueless people, he has no clue. But he does have this determined drive to push on, despite all feedback from an audience that he is failing big time.
His campaign, no matter how short, deserves to put forth as an Oscar contention, in the "Best Doc. based on real weird life"
or something.
Is it only me that sees him as a live art piece

Is your mortgage with Ocwen, Nationstar or Green Tree?
Then you need to be aware that Ocwen is selling off its mortgage servicing rights to Nationstar and Greentree, because Ocwen is in a world of financial and legal trouble. It will no longer be in the mortgage payment business by year end.

Nationstar and Green Tree are not out of the woods either.New mortgage laws have required them to pass audits that they cannot pass.

BE AWARE that when your mortgage payment servicer changes hands, they are supposed to send you a letter outlining your rights, to avoid lost payments.
FEDS: Officer indicted in Independence stun gun case
KANSAS CITY, MO (KCTV) -
A federal grand jury has indicted a former Independence police officer who fired his stun gun at a teen, causing the teen's heart to stop.
The grand jury reviewed Runnnels' actions when he pulled over then 17-year-old Bryce Masters in September. The grand jury reviewed whether Runnels' actions were an appropriate use of force and whether he immediately provided aid after the teen collapsed..

FEDERAL Grand jury.....good news.
DU member ms.smiler is no longer with us.
Her given name was Mary Ann, she was a small business owner in Penn.
She posted often about the mortgage fraud, was very knowledgeable, and had emailed me a lot of valuable info.on the subject.
One of her happys was suing illegal robocall people, she used the Consumer Protection Act against them, and invariably won!
Very very smart lady. Wickedly funny, too.
She was a very proud grandmother for the first time, and sent pictures over the months of her grandbaby.
Last Sept. one of my emails to her was returned with a message from her son that she had suffered a very very serious stroke,
he was quite shaken and prospects did not look good for her.
I have not heard from the family since.
I do miss her a lot.

Alabama to stop using marriage licenses altogether.
This was in our local weekly newspaper.
Alabama, in a preemptive move against the probable SCOTUS ruling, is planning on removing the need for marriage licenses altogether.
The plan is to go to a recording system, where you sign a form stating you want to be considered married, pay the Probate office a fee, and that is it.
People seeking marriage in a church can do the whole vow taking thing, the minister will fill the recording form.
The forms will be filed with the Dept. of Health.
Apparently Oklahoma does this also.
In 2006, Alabama legislature passed a law saying marriage was lawful between a man and a woman.
How this plan will address that is not clear.
There are now several lawsuits by gay couples against the state.
Personally, I like the more simple process, as long as it does not discriminate.
Thoughts?
Can you pass the written police officer exam?
There is about 20 short multiple choice questions here....most of them common sense logic answers...
I got ": Not too shabby" rating.
How about you?
