RIGHT NOW we need to get out in front of these issues and talk about the destruction and changes coming. It needs to be a a complete assault on all fronts.

PFAW, MoveOn, etc need to switch to blasting out the changes that will affect everybody. At every turn, Dems on every level need to talk about the ISSUES that the current appointments will bring about that will affect them.

I would love to continue to call Jeff Sessions a beady-eyed, big-eared KKK stalking horse who has the brains of a pod of okra bless his heart. That just turns this into name calling and deflects from what's coming.

The GOP plans a blitz of legislation that they have NO mandate for. As infuriating as it is, don't argue about the vote. Argue about the issues that will affect those you confront.

We have ONE month to try to build a head of steam against this blitz. If these issues can be exposed and the real affects that the GOP will have on everybody, this will be a chance to really nail Senators and especially congressmen. The House members and some Senators have to answer in two years to the voters. Pick out districts now and find candidates to start hitting those in office. We have to try. This is the level to pound on.

It should begin to peal away those who aren't staunch Trumpers. At the very least, it can begin to make cracks in their plans.

Get out of your stupor if you are in one. Get out of your house. Talk to those who you know personally and point out the changes that they will feel and those that are going to hurt you. I will have to grit my teeth and do this.

The protests going on now need to lead with Trump will change Medicare, etc. if we just call him names like Butternut Turd, his supporters will answer in knee-jerk fashion.

We are better than this. We are smarter than this. We have ONE month to show this and frame the issues in our favor.

Those of you trashing the work of of the entire organization are helping the alt-right and others trying to discredit a major group that has stood up against hate for a long time.

If you disagree with their characterization of some people who are listed as anti-Muslim, then read what they say about each individual in that group and why they put them on the list. The SPLC is not infallible but neither should the wrongful inclusion of someone on a list discredit decades of work. This is if they are wrong on that matter.

Congratulations on jumping on the bandwagon against the SPLC in hopes of some to bring down everything they do.
I won't ignore a problem in an assessment of theirs but neither will I stand by and watch many try to get the American public to turn against another progressive group.

Harvard suspends men's soccer team for lewd 'scouting report' of women's soccer team
The Harvard men's soccer team will be suspended for the rest of its season after an investigation found the team continued to make vulgar and sexual comments about members of the women's soccer team.

The Harvard Crimson student newspaper first reported the school's decision.

Athletic director Robert L. Scalise wrote in an email to Harvard student-athletes that he decided to cancel the rest of the team's season because the practice, in which women were rated on their perceived sexual appeal and physical appearance, appeared "to be more widespread across the team and has continued beyond 2012, including in 2016."

"As a direct result of what Harvard Athletics has learned, we have decided to cancel the remainder of the 2016 men's soccer season," Scalise wrote. "The team will forfeit its remaining games and will decline any opportunity to achieve an Ivy League championship or to participate in the NCAA Tournament this year."
