Working People's Day of Action

Going on in more than 30 cities, this is an interesting combination of labor unions and major civil rights and social justice orgs. Just the kind of cross issues alliance action that we need. It's the repugs against 99% of the American public.

On Saturday, the unprecedented mobilization convened by Jobs With Justice will span 28 cities including New York, Washington, DC, Chicago, Philadelphia, Memphis, Miami, Columbus, San Diego and more. Coast to coast, nurses, teachers, firefighters, librarians and other individuals will march arm in arm with leaders and activists from Color of Change, NextGen America, United We Dream, 350.org, Planned Parenthood, the Sierra Club, VoteVets, Greenpeace, the Poor People’s Campaign, NARAL Pro-Choice America, NAACP, The Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights, New York Immigration Coalition, Patriotic Millionaires, and MomsRising as well as AFSCME, AFT, NEA, SEIU and AFL-CIO and many more national organizations.

Basically, the repugs are attacking the exact same people that the mass murdering gun nut attacked.

It's almost like the repugs and the murderers are on the same side, against the 99% of Americans who are normal people.

I really think he should call them all into the Oval Office, onto the carpet. The FBI head and his top 2 aides. The Deputy head, and his top two aides, top Justice Dept people, Mueller and his top aides. Top counter intel people, and top Homeland Security and Secret Service, and Joint Chiefs.

He should call them all in, at the same time. They should be armed, and bring cuffs. Then he can tell them how he's really pissed off at them and they're a bunch of traitors who are trying to overthrow him in a coup.
