Over and over again. He seems to have got stuck and he's driving me nuts!
C'mon you bastard, finish! Cheep cheep cheep cheeeep CHEEEP cheep-cheep-cheep! You can do it!
Do it or I'll set the cat on you!
I'm sharing this just in case you thought I didn't have any problems in retirement.
"Those Were the Days" in the original Russian
As heard on NPR's Says You earlier this evening: the original Russian version of the classic song "Those Were the Days".
I never knew that this was originally a Russian song (the lyrics are quite different) but now that I do know, I can't believe that I didn't pick up on that before. It sounds so very typically Russian.
Bovines are cows, canines are dogs, equines horses, etc. Do you know the species name for donkeys?
Think about it...
Give up?
It's asinine!
Isn't that great? I don't know why I never knew that before as I studied the Latin in school, but I find that utterly delightful.
Or was I the only one who didn't know that?
