Hi New York City Folks and those who plan to visit NYC

During my visits to NYC it seemed a survival skill was knowing where the public bathrooms were located.

In Phoenix it's knowing where to find shade in any parking lot. Survival skill.

Just sharing info.

Memorial Day and 442 Regimental Combat Team

As we witness the the horrific attacks on our citizens of Asian Ancestry I thought it was important to remember one of the most decorated units in American Combat History.

https://www.nationalww2museum.org/war/articles/442nd-regimental-combat-team
snip:

President Roosevelt activated the 442nd Regimental Combat Team on February 1, 1943, nearly one year after the signing of EO9066. Hawaiian-born Nisei (second-generation Japanese Americans) made up roughly two-thirds of the regiment, with the remaining third composed of Nisei from the mainland United States.

Today, the 442nd is remembered as the most decorated unit for its size and length of service in the history of the US military. The unit, totaling about 18,000 men, over 4,000 Purple Hearts, 4,000 Bronze Stars, 560 Silver Star Medals, 21 Medals of Honor, and seven Presidential Unit Citations.

Despite their families being detained in camps these men fought with the greatest distinction.

I remember them especially this Memorial Day.

What do Early Wynn, Warren Spahn, and Tom Glavine have in common?

All are 300 game winners who never once struck out 200 batters in a season.

As we watch the Reich Wing take a blow torch to voting laws around the country

I believe it's likely, if they win the Senate and the House, they will eliminate the filibuster.

They will then pass laws codifying the State introduced restrictive voting measure thereby cementing their majority.

We need to get ahead of this. Now.

If you are vacationing in Florida beware of

...Key Lime Disease.

You can pick it up in supermarkets and most restaurants.

Variants are many.

Quality also.

Blasphemy on Memorial Day Weekend.

The Reich Wing chose to spit on the graves of our fallen this weekend by supporting traitors who brought, among other objects, gallows, Auschwitz tee shirts, and Confederate Flags, to our Capitol in attempt to overthrow our democracy.

I've always believed the Rethugs were Chicken hawk cowards. Now, add traitor to that vile name.

Signed. One disgusted Army Ranger.

Reich Wing Math

51 gets you a Aunt Lydia SCOTUS Justice

54 doesn't get you a Commission to investigate the worst attack on the Capitol since 1812.

With the New York Grand Jury scheduled to sit for 6 months we can

already see what happens next. The wheels of justice grind slowly, but Chump's PR campaign will not turn slowly. Expect the constant undermining of any expected charges while the justice system, by rule remains, silent.

Ask Mueller if he thinks Agolf Twitler's strategy wasn't effective.

The saving factor, perhaps, is that there will be no Traitor Barr reading the charges to the public.

With continued calls by some Dems for

bipartisanship, I am reminded of the saying “only a fool empties the ashtrays when the house is on fire.”
