I've been using the wrong term for the events in AZ. It's VOTER SUPPRESSION! And dang has it been ugly.

Just say it Hillary...

You couldn't give a damn about Palestinians and minorities abroad who are oppressed and disintegrated by imperialists or war opportunists. Bibi is an abomination to anything that resembles a democracy. For Hillary to support that guy's view and have no regard for minorities in the region, SHAME ON YOU!!

I apologize for the rage and anger, but this is just so frustrating.

One of the Best Poems in Modern Literature: Rage Against the Dying of the Light

By Dylan Thomas

Do not go gentle into that good night,
Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Though wise men at their end know dark is right,
Because their words had forked no lightning they
Do not go gentle into that good night.

Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright
Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight,
And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way,
Do not go gentle into that good night.

Grave men, near death, who see with blinding sight
Blind eyes could blaze like meteors and be gay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

And you, my father, there on the sad height,
Curse, bless, me now with your fierce tears, I pray.
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Kendrick Lamar

I think his newest album UU2 was beast! It was very much a more upbeat type of album but that of course was expected given that his non-TPAB songs were used for this album. What do y'all think?

Henry Kissinger

Former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger led many coups in Latin America and Asia. During the Vietnam War, Kissinger led a campaign of brutal deaths across the Indochina region which included the Agent Orange events that impacted innocent families in the area. As we know, that wasn't even discussed in the United States government until the 1980s and 1990s. Sadly, these negative events still have deep biological effects of the people of Laos and Cambodia, as well as land destruction in Vietnam.

Kissinger continued to outdo himself with more L.A. overthrows, especially in Chile where people are still mourning the destruction of their homeland. Under the CIA and Kissinger, they even backed many fascist and/or authoritative dictators, just so that American interests and investments were kept safe. Many of these nations were considered 'too left-leaning' for U.S. support because of the Cold War policies and ideals. In 2002, Kissinger was the architect for a failed Venezuelan coup which only showed the foolishness of the CIA and the foreign policy of the U.S. government. Kissinger also provided the architecture towards the Hondurian overthrow in 2009, which destablised that entire nation throughout the early 2010s. As many are aware, Central America has had serious issues with drug cartels havocking slums and funding police departments.

It truly is a disturbing thing when people don't understand the negative precedent this filthy war criminal has set around the world, in particular poorer nations with heavy imperialistic influences. It greatly disappoints me when politicians on both sides, particularly democrats, praise Kissinger and brag about his record as serving the nation under great service. He has been an utter disgrace to everything that a democracy stands for and is regarded by many as the antithesis of social equality throughout the world.

Bernie Appreciation Thread

Tonight was a tough night but this is our lowest point and we can only go up from here. We have to show our appreciation to a man who went to 5 rallies in one day and worked his hardest to campaign for the rights of the working class. Keep calm Bernie supporters, we can do this!

Congrats to Camp Hillary!

It's been rough for us Bernie supporters but we'll bounce back in these next several primaries. Otherwise Hillary supporters, enjoy the night.
