I was kicked out of a group by a person I have on IGNORE because the person has stalked me for years

How on Earth can this individual block me from a group if I have them on ignore. Are they hacking my account? I am getting worried about my safety from this person seriously. If you want the name, I can give it to you privately. Please help. I can't take the abuse.
