He keeps on bashing the ACA! I understand people's frustration, but come on!!

If certain "insurance" plans are being dropped

because they do not cover what the ACA mandates, what is the best definition for "insurance" now that the ACA is law?

I have heard that those with catastrophic insurance are upset because they cannot keep that plan.
