So, instead of these header parts being defined on the index.php file, the header parts are looked up from the database by bits of php code. The clever part is that both these scripts will deliver the same code to a user. If you look at the code of a joomla website, all the <?php blah /> will have been replaced by regular html code.
Good template design
index.php should be as bare-boned as you can make it because it will be re-sent every time a new page is loaded. Elements such as styling should be delivered in css files that are saved in the users cache. The tutorials here will go through the technical aspects of creating your index.php.
Why index.php ?
Index.htm has historically been the name given to the home page of a website. Thus when a user navigates to www.example.org, the webserver delivers www.example.org/index.htm. Because Joomla! is written in PHP, index.php is the automatically served file. To further complicate things, when a user navigates to the joomla website, the index.php of the root directory redirects to the index.php of the current default template.

Big question: can we get Covid-19 from meat packing plants?
I hear of people who are doing everything right to protect themselves from getting infected. And yet, they are getting sick. So, people are getting sick in their homes ... how? If all these workers are sick inside these meat packing plants ( and now people in the fields harvesting produce, lettuce) then can those pathogens be served up in our packaged products.? Has anyone looked at if Covid -19 can be transported via our packaged meat and or produce?

Please stay away so that the right wing white supremacists who are attending and causing the fires and destruction can be rooted out. BAN white men with hammers from these protests, in order to protect the community from these creeps. I know this sounds drastic but how else are we going to stop these RW anarchists that are calling for a civil war ... code for killing black folks.
Question: The cops being protested against are sill in charge of protecting
our lives in our streets? Racist cops (not all) are not there to protect and serve the citizens, they are basically overlords trying to dish out punishment, under the guise of protecting the citizens. Cops, turn in your badge if you can't agree to the oath that you took. Your oath to serve and protect was to serve your community not a criminal with a "Blue Wall" ... never to think that you are above the Laws that you swore enforce.
We need a special kind of National Guard unit to step in and relieve local police from the duty to protect, when local cops clearly don't, they are more interested in protecting a murdering cop. People need to know that justice, a faithful investigation, is proceeding.

The fucking cops are giddy now because they are allowed to go out and abuse protesters in order to escalate the whole situation. cops escalated, folks fight back, and the narrative is .... 'look at these people rioting' .......... the American's living under apartheid police control have had their final fuck. Me too. Reminds me of Union worker fighting for their lives and livelihood, as cops shot and killed them ... coal workers, factory workers ... same old same old. Yes, many other brave Americans have fought many other fights. But, this one is on the burner now.

WHY THE HECK WOULD ANY COMMUNITY STILL WANT THEM TO BE WORKING IN THE COMMUNITY? Why would they be allowed out among law abiding citizens? Why would Law Enforcement want them?
Fire, arrest, indict, convict murderers, even if they wear a badge. This is what any community would demand. This is what the law demands and until we impose the law on these officers who believe that they possess immunity from racial haltered, class hatred ... all the disrespect of everyday Americans.
