On Dakota Access, Obama says Army corps is weighing whether to reroute pipeline

But even as Obama raised the possibility of rerouting the pipeline, he seemed to suggest that it would go forward. Many climate activists have called on him to halt the project altogether, the way he blocked construction of the Keystone XL pipeline last year between Canada and the U.S. Gulf Coast.“There’s no reroute that doesn’t involve the same risks to water and climate,” Henn said. “The president must submit Dakota Access to the same climate test as Keystone XL, a test it will surely fail.”

Obama AND Hillary are weak AF on this ... "let it play out for few weeks"? This has been going on for months!! We are allowing a private company to dig up burial grounds, destroy the environment, use attack dogs, rubber bullets, tear gas, taser, sound cannons(wtf), arrests and strip searches. This is fracked oil and is financed by the same banks that support Hillary.
Do any Hillary supporters have any ideas why she won't come out against this? It would do a lot to make people like me believe everything she has on her website about respecting the environment and protecting people over corporations is true and not just her "public opinion".
The only politician to come out against this environmental disaster has been Bernie Sanders.
