AZ to release tens of thousands of newly recorded votes around 9 p.m. ET.
"The remaining votes there will be key to deciding a tight race."

4846 vote dump in AZ, essentially no change +24 votes for Biden (edited)
This helps Biden as Rump needs to win each batch by 58%+ to tie.
Another block of 8800 dropped, but it still made it better for Biden since Rump only won by 51.6-48.4%

GA seems to have added some votes (Guardian site) - down to 25,600
Every little bit helps. Difference is 0.5% now.
