LAS14's JournalRules for campaign spending.
Does anyone know what sort of rules apply to campaign spending? (Also... what is the name of the agency that oversees this? I think I know, but can't recall it.)
It looks like the Vatican trip was paid for by the campaign, but I can't figure out how it could be called campaign related.

Who paid for Sanders' trip to the Vatican? The campaign? nt
Just curious. Does anyone have any info about this?
http://www.democraticunderground.com/12511735623To the hosts. Could we unpin a couple of posts?
"Here is a perfect way" seems to be quite out of date. There was one reply on Monday but the next latest is mid-March. It doesn't seem to be of long permanent value.
"Messsage about SOP alerts" I'm wondering if this is less relevant given the Skinner rules changes?
Pinned posts can be a little annoying as they require you to scroll down to find out what's happening. Not a problem for pinned posts of clear and permanent value.

Remember when...
... the left's indignation was focussed mostly on the Tea Party and later all Republican stone walling, so it became impossible to do anything good? What makes us think that providing our own version of the Tea Party and invoking idealogical purity will make it any easier to do anything good?

This is a copy of a GDP post. Now that I see that Hillary Group posts can be counted, I'm going to almost always double post. But I'm not directing the question above to Hillary supporters.

What is the HRC response to....
... the "sniper fire" flap. There's a new post in GDP about it. I searched for "sniper" in CorrectRecord.org but didn't find anything. Does anyone know? I've been assuming a mis-perception, but really have never seen anything. Good to have a response when canvassing.
"Shell corporations" - the truth is buried.
More baseless innuendo from the Sanders camp. There's plenty of good solid info to refute it, but you have to plough through so many ignorant (i.e., lacking information) BS posts many may not see them.

Speaking of "cautious politician time"...
... this is one more bit of evidence of Hillary's quick wit. Way back when, before we were sure she was running, I had some reservations. She's two years younger than I and my brain is definitely slowing down. But boy, hers isn't! The debates settled it for me, but this was so quick!
I do believe that people in high importance jobs don't experience a slow down like the rest of us until they are done with those jobs. With a few exceptions, of course.
Ah well, so much for extra evidence of a cracker jack comic mind. It was script. But that does make more sense. I just couldn't put it together that a black man on the stage with them would tell DoBlasio that he was uncomfortable.
Has there been any discussion anywhere...
... of the fact that Sanders has at least twice way outperformed the polls? I'm thinking Michigan and Wisconsin. So I don't get to feeling super comfortable with a 10 point lead in New York. What's the story here?
