LAS14
LAS14's JournalWhat's so attractive about Hofstra for presidential debates?
I've heard that it was host to one some years ago. You'd think an effort would be made to spread this around?
Who are these people?
I don't mean the deplorables. And I don't mean the ones in the other basket. I'm talking about the 2-4% of the electorate who change their minds based on whether Hillary had a case of walking pneumonia that she didn't think was important enough to announce. Or whether she called 22% of the electorate deplorables. You were going to vote for her, but when these things happened you switched to Trump????
Is the Russian connection enough to make the MSM treat...
... Trump as a real (and scary) candidate? Maybe the bar shouldn't be low at all. Maybe he really is in it for REAL money. Become the U.S. president in order to increase his empire. Not a low bar. A really high bar. I really hope they run hard with this in the short time left.
Help expand the Tweet campaign.
I say good for the HRC campaign!!! And I lent my Tweets to the hashtags mentioned. I invite everyone to do the same.

Who Do You Trust?
Has this been on DU? I thought it was worth spreading around the internet. But I saw it on Facebook. Looks like it's been around a while.
But nothing beats "Mark Ruffalo Naked"
I invite you all to say a word about being excited about Hillary.
Post here so we can collect them all together and make the mood more upbeat (ergo, more realistic).

If you haven't seen Upshot...
...then I recommend checking it out. I only learned about it this evening. I'd been depending on FiveThirtyEight. The best thing I've seen so far at Upshot is this look at all the other prediction figures.
Here's the link.

I'm really excited about Hillary. Have been...
... for the whole campaign. I find her smart, steady, compassionate, and, for what it's worth, even though the pundits may find it hard to believe, I find her the public figure I'd most like to have a beer with. Objectively she's super experienced. She has some very exciting policy ideas.
I'm just posting this because I'm so sick have having her defined as "not Trump."
How much benefit is there from an excellent ground game?
I'd figured 3 to 5 points, but somewhere recently I heard "1 or 2." This was in a pro-Hillary article. Sorry, can't remember where. Does anyone have statistics?
"Sounding more like a sitting President than a candidate for the office,"
Hillary Clinton: Confront Terrorism With Resolve, Not Fear It's not often you get an actual positive story from the MSM.
