Been deliriously happy all day and at work I was reading stuff about Joe and Kamala and their great victory. I started crying. I've been leaking all day. But tears of happiness. I'm 63 years old and have only been this happy about twice in my life. When I got married the second and correct time and when the Cubs won the World Series. I just can't explain how happy I am. As millions of us are.

Not sure if I can take this anymore
Ernst wins. Again. Trump takes Iowa. Again. Meeks may win the second district. This state is a repuke stronghold. I used to take pride in being an Iowan. Now, not so much.
I'm old enough to remember when we actually had Democrats in charge of things. Or at least moderate Republicans like Robert Ray and Leach. What happened?
Don't know if this an omen or not
But it is incredibly nice here in Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois today. Around 70 degrees or so. In 2008, when Obama/Biden got elected it was similar weather. Just saying. Maybe its a good sign. Or maybe I'm just full of stuff and nonsense. Either way, I feel confident. Bluenami.
Something I have to say
In about 30 minutes the polls open here in Iowa. Let's hope the people here vote the vermin phony joni ernst out. And keep our district blue as well as at least two of the other three districts. Let's hope all is peaceful and things go smoothly.
Now what I have to say. Trump, I hope when and if you lose, your life is absolutely miserable. If you don't do prison time, at least I hope you live in abject poverty scraping and scratching for every penny by begging on the street. McConnell, whether you win or lose lets hope the same for you. Every one of you stinking repukes can kiss my rosy red ass. The blue wave is coming. Run and hide you gutless cowards.
