WHO decides what the SPECIAL MASTER can remove from the DOJ case?

The courts?

If the Special Master can say "these docs are his and you cant have them, you cant use them in a case against him" WHO decides WHICH docs those are and are not?

And STOP calling it "politics" please, this is NOT about politics!

It seems whenever there is a discussion of MAGA or the traitor to include DeStupid, Giuliani or Graham etal happening anywhere in the media, it is treated as "politics" which in our media means there needs to be 4 repubs and 1 democrat in the discussion (as that is what is considered equal representation) and the interviewer has to imply that "both sides" do everything.

It was NOT politics when Hitler rose to power in Germany and ultimately murdered 6 million people not counting the war casualties.

Jan 6 was not about "politics," it was about insurrection and fascism!

as this is what one would see about 60 MILLION times if a prez Hillary Clinton or prez Barack Obama took, for personal reasons, these type of documents to an unsecured location for ANY reason let alone what is clearly the reason here.

I would like to have that...so I can post it.

while in meetings while in the WH? (heard this reported today)

Can we know? Probably not since the existence of most of them is top secret. Or used to be.

Can President Biden fire all postal board members

And replace them with enough members to outnumber deJoy and remove him? Does he have to appoint half Republicans and half Democrats but there is nine members but there is also a deputy.

Otherwise voting by mail will become an absolute shit show.

Since he can’t do it any other way I guess?

He won’t of course, because it would be seen as radical, but it is the only way probably to save our democracy. I am very frustrated that it’s probably not even being considered.

Would absolutely love to be wrong.

Bill Pascrell, Jr. (D-NJ-09) today wrote to President Joe Biden calling on him to fire the entire United States Postal Service (USPS) Board of Governors for their silence and complicity in Donald Trump and Postmaster General Louis DeJoy’s deliberate campaign to subvert vote-by-mail elections and destroy the Post Office.

“After several years of unprecedented sabotage, the United States Postal Service is teetering on the brink of collapse. Through the devastating arson of the Trump regime, the USPS Board of Governors sat silent. Their dereliction cannot now be forgotten. Therefore, I urge you to fire the entire Board of Governors and nominate a new slate of leaders to begin the hard work of rebuilding our Postal Service for the next century,” Pascrell writes President Biden.

As DeJoy’s efforts to dismantle mail sorting machines, cut overtime, restrict deliveries, and remove mailboxes slowed mail nationally, Donald Trump himself openly admitted that his administration was withholding funding for the Postal Service to make it harder to process mail-in ballots. Through it all, the Board of Governors did nothing to protect USPS.

Pursuant to Title 39, the USPS Board of Governors’ central responsibility is to “represent the public interest” and its members may be removed by the President “for cause.” Today, Pascrell urges President Biden to exercise that legal authority and fire all six sitting members of the Board of Governors for their dereliction and betrayal.

Looks like mail in voting is fucked. And I am angry.

I am aware of all the positions he has held and who appointed him, to include trump. What I dont understand is why him. DeJoy is there to stay now from what I can tell.

If the prez can fire all of them and start over, and I read he can, then he must. Cuz you see, the alternative is the mail in voting being fucked and then so is the country.

If convicted of tax evasion in NY, can that be appealed all the way to the SC?
