If convicted of tax evasion in NY, can that be appealed all the way to the SC?

If convicted of Espionage, can that be appealed all the way to the US SC?

GA election fraud case?

Insurrection?

How much of the most incriminating docs were the "loyalists" able to REMOVE from the premises

with that "several hour" heads up the FBI gave the SS, knowing several on the detail are loyalists, etc.

Dammit.

I sure wish I understood why they would do that, other than a courtesy to a previous president. But he is a major criminal and they all know it.

Which court would be the first to hear a case where a state Secretary of State refuses to certify an

election?

When red state scty of states do this, and they will, what is the legal roadmap please? What happens next? Can it go all the way to the SC, like I have been saying? Hope not. We know how that will turn out, dont we.










p.s. Thanks to some excellent responses, I will add to my question that I am talking about US House races, US Senate and WH as the process may differ for state races.
