Free health care
I wish people (the media) would stop talking about whether America can afford to provide "free" health care. Of course America can't. No country can or does.
I live and work in Germany and health care here is not free. It is more affordable than the U.S. Health care costs are based on income. Those that make less than 200,00 Euros are required to have government sponsored insurance. The system works and it works well. Sure, it's not perfect, but it's a damn sight better than what America provides. It could be, and should be done.
