We need an independent prosecutor established in the House.

Bill Barr is directly implicated in criminal behavior in this complaint. We have no one to prosecute people who committed crimes outlined in the report. We need Pelosi to establish an independent prosecutor to investigate and charge Bill Barr, Giuliani, and everyone else involved.

I'm still depressed over all this.

I'm glad an impeachment inquiry is happening, but the fact that Bill Barr was actively complicit in this Ukraine scandal and that Republicans are all defending this just makes me feel hopeless for this country.

The entire Republican party is an organized crime syndicate and none of Trump's allies can face real consequences since Barr is in charge of prosecution.

Humor me on this conspiracy thought about the Whistleblower.

I've been concerned about the unanimous consent to release the complaint. Republicans haven't voted unanimously for basically anything Dems want. I feel like they have something up their sleeve.

What if the Whistleblower is actually a Republican/Trump ally who created a false whistleblower complaint to get Dems to declare impeachment, then the complaint is released proving that there was no real issue, and Dems have to defend starting an impeachment with incomplete info.

Do we know for sure this whistleblower is honest and not a Trump ally?
