Brunson v. Adams: why is this frivolous shit on the Supreme Court docket?
Mr. Brunson is suing 380+ members of Congress and the Executive branch, alleging that Defendants violated the Constitution and their respective oaths by intentionally refusing to ensure an honest and fair election, committing an act of war against the USA. The remedy he seeks is their removal from office.

Why the delay?
Without naming names, it's looking more and more to me that "no man is above the law" is current b.s. Looking more and more to me that "equal justice under the law" is current b.s.
It's a sure thing... if I was found with slam dunk evidence of a crime the authorities-that-be wouldn't wait to charge me pending investigation of even more crimes. I'd be indicted already, and those other investigations would proceed, anyway.

Is this New York law still binding? Juries in civil cases don't have to be unanimous
Looks like a 1937 law says only 10 of 12 required for a decision:

I'm sitting here listening to "I Never Dreamed You Leave in Summer" and am just marveling at the man's ability to craft melodies.... and that's before even mentioning his astonishing musical skills on the keyboard, harmonica, etc. And that voice!
And I consider his string of Innervision, Fulfillingness' First Finale, and Songs in the Key of Life the most impressive trifecta of consecutive albums ever produced by any musician of any genre, anywhere, and at any time.... and that's not even mentioning Talking Book which preceded those three.
