Deputy has panic attack -shoots at unarmed man. Then the man is arrested for causing the attack

I'm sorry, I don't know how to post videos yet. This video is a must watch. This guy has no business being an officer of the law. Makes me wonder how much psych eval is being done to ensure that law enforcement officers are mentally stable. Luckily no one was killed.
