OAITW r.2.0
OAITW r.2.0's JournalIn my 23 years on DU.....
there has never been a time when I've seen this enthusiasm and cohesiveness on this board - and with the Party in general, that I can remember.
#1 Thanks is to our President, Joe Biden, for kicking ass in 2020....and then pass the torch to Kamala for 2024....like a couple of Olympic relay runners. Joe will be remembered as maybe the most important President of the 21st Century.
#2 Thanks to Kamala Harris for accepting the Democratic nomination for POTUS. You Madame, are ready to make history. And also....
#3 Thanks for picking Gov. Walz. He is the VP we need in 2025 and beyond.
Dead - 5/2/70 - Binghamton, NY
A 4 hour show! Pretty much acoustic, so far. And, oh yeah, NRPS played in this show.

Skippa and his treasures. 4 balls, a bone, a piece of wood. and a hard rubber stick a dogbone in it and torture the dog
Many more balls are unaccounted for.
Notice the grass...it's growing like crazy here. Mowing a couple of days every week.
Grateful Dead - St. Stephen / Not Fade Away / Eyes Of The World / drums
72 or 73? Keith is playing piano. Very smooth, jazz-like sound.

Let's Go Kamala!
It's reality TV politics.
Except reversal. Instead of Don Trump saying, "you're fired". we get to say "you're fired again and fuck you".
Magnificent Op-Ed. You should send to the NYFT and the FWaPo.
Powerful summery that lays out the reality. Ridin' with Biden.
We have to get Big Money out of our politics - both Parties.
It I were Joe, I'd announce a new policy on election spending - more Supreme Court Justices to overturn the anti-democratic ruling. Citizen's United ruling that allows billions to buy our government.
(*****) - brainfart, can't recall the case that set this in motion, some smarter DUer will fill in the blank.
on edit- thanks ramapo for providing the case....
Spending less time watching MSNBC.....
and getting more shit done. What's the point? I know what's at stake, do, say, voting Americans, 50 and under?
It's their future world that they are voting on.
