While they desperately try to project they're being politically victimized, when in reality these crooks have been victimizing others all along. The evidence the AG has with documents, communication record, and witnesses who worked for them will show who's telling the truth, and that TFG and his family is lying.
TFG & family will use it to grift from their easy mark supporters, and start filing motions to delay everything. Remember he claims he's innocent, but already tried to stall it, and reach a settlement. This is again why a President while in office could be prosecuted for crimes, and why a former President deserves the same consequences as everyone else, or this will happen again with worse damage to our country, and our Democracy.
TFG's unwillingness to prove his case in court is just like he's done with his election false claims
Publicly he promotes his lies , but refuses to back up his claims in court under oath before a judge. If he were given these top secrets back, and given additional executive privileges , just think how quickly he would weaponize this to create more chaos, and divisions for political reasons, and to incite violence .
If judge Canon changes Judge Dearie rulings, she will be facing a nightmare , and actions against her. She will I think face getting exposed for her corruption. She's in serious trouble.

So, this means if the courts rule a President can wave his hand and declassify, and steal,
Any documents he wants, or other things the government owns, its legally ok, and he's immune from legal actions, and has ownership of stolen goods. So, Biden, or another President could take all documents by using this tactic with him home when he leaves office legally, and the government can't do anything to them for it. The courts see this idiotic claim, and consequences too, except judges like Canon.
Soon TFG will suggest he has the rights to sell documents to others right before he gets exposed for doing just that. He'll exaggerate what his rights are by projection, and how he's the victim, after caught, and exposed. I'd bet TFG has been trying to compromised Supreme Court Justices all along.

Away from the abortion issues, and away from all TFG's, and their acts of corruption, and criminal investigations? When they lose control of the narrative they want, they always do something to change it, and the media helps them. TFG is using some of the. Stolen top secret documents to use to make a deal with to escape jail. The DOJ and Intel aagencies , who failed allowing this to happen might make a deal to cover up their failures, and allow him to escape justice. This if it happens will make us weaker, and more corrupt. TFG will never honor any deal, ever. We need the truth ,all of it.

If he is charged for the attack, couldn't that be considered bribes, and offering pardons grounds for more charges? But then again he could be lying.
