Should we push back on the notion that the baby formula shortage is a government problem?

Maybe it would be futile, but we don't live in a command economy. This shortage is due to privately-owned companies, and shouldn't there be more pointing the blame at the companies, instead of just accepting the responsibility of doing something about it (which we should still do).
