As we near the closing of year and enjoy the Holidays with our family and friends. There are those that are unfortunate to enjoy the holidays.
I am not referring about COVID,
I am not referring about poverty,
I am not referring about work.
I am referring to those who choose bad choices.
Bad choices that resulted to either,
Incarnation, Outcast or ban from travel due probation.
Those unfortunate due the "bad choices" of Jan 6 don't deserve a Christmas card nor being an American. Traitors deserved to banishment!
Those who are unfortunate due to covid, poverty or are working, I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New year.

You may have the vast number of weapons and ammo, but you must consider the outcome.
War is not pretty. Death would be preserved beyond the moment. Our society that exist today would end as you know it. No quick 30 minute grocery shop trip, no quick fill up at the local gas station. No freedom of pass on your daily commute. No one to bury you.
You may BELIEVE your bad azz with your AR-15, but consequences do occur when both parties meet together.
Our future generations would suffer for decades, reconstruction for the south took decades in late 1800s.
Jobs would be gone, money would be worthless.
Your choice maybe among very limited few and your cause would end quick.

No unvaccinated person over 18 should be given hospitalization nowadays. They have been warned and begged to receive the vaccine. If they get seriously ill that requires hospitalization, they should not receive any additional treatment but cold medicine.
Those under 18, should receive the treatment.
Don't like to say it and I don't want to wish it.
Stupidity goes only so far and responsible individuals pay the consequences of ignorance.
Like to see in 2022, hospitals turn away those who seek their services. It would send a message, get vaccinated!

It was just announced that Trump has a PowerPoint on to end Democracy by declaring a National Emergency and having Pence declaring him the winner. With all that is coming forth and possible bad news for Trump. Could US Congress levie additional charges upon Trump, along with impeachment, so he could be barred from Public Service for life?
If Trump stolen the election by force......
If Trump and his cronies actually took over Jan 6 and stolen the election. Those sorry lowazzes would had our side shot for interference of upholding our Democracy! Now, since we thwart the coup attempt, the sorry azzs are only getting probations after what they did! People died, our National Capitol was destroyed, our Nation's Respect was destroyed, and our Country was turned upside down! FOR WHAT?
So the 2st Century Hitler would get to stay in Marlago throughout the year and be called a winner...

William Bryan case
One, what the Michael's did was awful and Justice did it right in convicting the Michael's. BUT what I saw like everyone else has seen by the trial coverage, I feel this William Bryan should not been charged nor found quilty.
Reason why?
1. What idiot would film a crime that where planning to be malace in a murder?
2. Like most people in this day of age, people see something that warrants a video capture, it happens!
3. The last moments before Mr. Arbery was killed, when he was down the roadway before the curve of the road. Mr. Bryan video taped from a distance. Even though he video tape Mr. Arbery prior and Arbey stopped and turn around, while Bryan had to reposition his vehicle to turn around; Mr. Bryan did not try to run over Arbey.
It looked like he was filming while driving....
How many people could do that and think properly? Think about it.
Another issue, Mr. Bryan Six Amendment right to speedy trial, was infringed and I do believe this would be held on appeal. This is a big deal, year and Half for a speedy trial. Speedy trials suppose to be within reason and Mr. Bryan wanted this trial separated from the Michael's. That was quite evident.
I understand that I will get hate messages over my believe on this and I am sorry to upset.... but what would be the diffence of filming two white guys chasing a black man, but the film maker was a dash cam or another black man?
What it pose, may not be the intended.
As for Michael's... hope they never see the daylight again!

1943, Jim Crow laws didn't exist outside America and freedom was first experienced to those who fought in uniform, but were still segregated by race.
1950s, KKK was becoming strong across the south.
1960s, a movement stopped the KKK and showed what hate was.
2008, Tea Party formed to voice their beliefs.
2015, hate took over a political party and transformed it into a one man's ideology.
2016, KKK and Nazism combined together.
2017-2021, Hate flourished and was installed into our political bedrock of pillars.
2021, Hate showed its true self and reality is not among those who are led.
Whats really amazing? 1787! Yes in 1787, the constitutional convention formulated that it was not a good idea to have the populist to elect the President. They feared that a misleading uneducated mob would elect someone who would dismantle the government that fought to preserve. That is why the choose to have a selected few to choose the US President. They also talked about how define boundaries of states of its representatives be of population. Hate was thought back in 1787 during our constitution birth.
We must fight to ensure to preserve our republic!
I figured out how to lower the Gas Prices!
It's simple!
Enforced the vehicle insurance laws on the roads!
Yeah yeah... they do that nowadays....
BUT! If we can prevent them from dropping their insurance after getting tags.... imagine the number of vehicles off the roads. Most of them are old clunkers with high gas consumption anyways.
Seems like the past week, seen four licenses plates expired at parking lots.... one was expired since May...
Maybe the state could retrieve the plates if notification of insurance was canceled... perhaps the party must notify the canceled insurance group with proof of insurance carrier if they switched, to prevent the state from retrieval.
Rittenhouse Judge screwed up!
Citing the Bible in open court can be a violation of the Jurors Constitutional Bill of Rights. Freedom of religion is a bill of right and when a juror is ordered to listen to a religionish passage, the judge violated his oath of office.
A Juror is a private citizen to be part of the judicial system, but their bill of rights shall be upheld at all times.
