Hunter Biden Privacy

Intrusive Laws are for private individuals.
Republicans cant get over the fact that Hunter Biden has issues and is the President's son. BUT! He is a private citizen, NOT a PUBLIC SERVANT.

The famous laptop.

If all is correct and Biden failed to pickup said laptop after it was finished, I can see it may belong to the repairman, though shady attempts may never of happened.... BUT, Hunter Biden does have his RIGHTS to privacy and no matter what content is ON the laptop, its is HUNTER BIDENS, not the repairman. The circuit boards and other parts of the laptop would, if all contractual agreements were properly signed for the repair, would go to the repairman after it may of been abandoned, his bank accounts and sensitive data is protected by other laws. Extortion is a key word that could be unlawful for the repairman.

Also, Intrusive Laws:

Copied from a law site:

"A person has an actionable right to be free from the invasion of privacy. Black v. Aegis Consumer Funding Group, Inc., 2001 U.S. Dist. LEXIS 2632 (S.D. Ala. Feb. 8, 2001). An actionable invasion of the right of privacy is the unwarranted appropriation or exploitation of one’s personality, the publicizing of one’s private affairs with which the public has no legitimate concern, or the wrongful intrusion into one’s private activities in such a manner as to outrage or cause mental suffering, shame or humiliation to a person of ordinary sensibilities."

Republican Congress Violating the First Amendment, Freedom of the Press

Congress grilling the Press on Hunter Biden crossed the line on government control. The press has freedom to what to choose and what NOT to print. This is violating their freedom. They should file!

About Smackdown2019

I am Conservative Democrat that believes in the rights of all people, but also believes in fiscal responsibility. Government programs that support the poor should be protected, but not abused. Government subsidies should also be brought back and the dependencies of quick junk food be abolished for the health of our Nation.
