Apparently, we have no mechanism to do that either. Insurrection and sedition appear to be fair game with no repercussions. Right?

Secondly, what is her record that made her a Chosen One pick? I know it's typical to delay and attempt (in this case successfully) to sway the legal system, but it seems once again that MSM has other work to do.
