New Lincoln Project ad compares Trump’s meager inauguration crowd to massive protests against racism
Published 1 min ago on June 9, 2020By Travis Gettys

The conservative anti-Trump group The Lincoln Project released a new attack ad against President Donald Trump highlighting the massive protests against police brutality.

The ad, released Tuesday, ties the president’s policies to the protests, which have raged across the United States — and even overseas — in response to the police killing of George Floyd and other Black men and women.

"It took almost four years for Trump to get the crowds he wanted,” the narrator says, after showing the relatively paltry attendance for his January 2017 inauguration."

Little more at link. One sentence which speculates on large crowd sizes when shitstain is gone.

‘We are outraged’: Organizers, county commissioner react to vehicle incident at Cooper-Young protest

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) -

Organizers and attendees of a Black Lives Matter protest in Memphis’ Cooper-Young neighborhood say they are outraged by drivers who they say steered vehicles into the crowd last Friday.

Witnesses say two vehicles drove into the crowd in separate incidents about an hour apart.

Anthony Marcuzzo, 18, stayed at the scene while police investigated but wasn’t arrested until the next day. He is charged with five misdemeanors for reckless endangerment and reckless driving. He was released from jail on his own recognizance.

Beau Albauer, 26, was initially issued a citation for disregarding a red light, but now he is wanted on a warrant for felony reckless endangerment and misdemeanor reckless driving.

Much more at link. I had originally posted about this & was told these were felony charges, which was apparently incorrect. Another case of a "troubled" young man? 🤬
