Every Democrat should be on TV hammering the fact that trump lost 3 times in a row. His campaign, and both senate race backings. They should say "the Republicans are backing a 3 time losing horse; a 3 legged losing horse!"

mitch and co think they'll lose 75 million trump voters, I've said it before, half of those held there noses and voted for the asshole. So let's say they convict and ban trump from future runs, they think those 35 million won't just vote for the person with an "R" after their name? Of course they will!! The GOP will be in MUCH bigger trouble if they allow trump to remain a viable candidate. I don't know how they can't see that.

Wouldn't that 70 million that trump has be confiscated if he is convicted and banned from running for office? Why doesn't the GOP know they can shut him, his 3rd party, and his money spigot to primary challenges down by simply convicting him. Hey GOP!! STAND UP TO THIS FUCKER!!

Something to think about

I have no doubt that sitting on McConnell's desk was an amendment to eliminate presidential term limits. If dickhead would have won, and somehow they took over the house, kept the senate, it would have been up for a vote by today already.

Question for Doctor types

If people tested positive for covid, shouldn't they not be considered for the vaccine?

I've heard that the true infected number is up to 3 times the world meters infected total: today its over 24,000,000 for US. So as many as 75,000,000 wouldn't need the vaccine? (they're effectively vaccinated)

If Biden can achieve the 100,000,000 vaccines in 100 days. That would mean potentially 175,000,000 would have the antibodies, that's half the population. Add to that, i feel, 20 and younger that wouldn't need the vaccine, we could be approaching herd immunity by 100 days.

This might happen

Countries might wait until Jan 20th, noon and announce trump and maybe his family will be on no entry list to their country. They won't want that menace in their country.

They wouldn't announce it now as he's (unfortunately) still president.

I was right!

On a recent thread about trumps video on denouncing the rioters, I commented that it was an altamative from his staff to do the video or papers will be filed for the 25th.

Then last night, I saw that trump now says he wishes he didn't agree to a peaceful transition.....Agree... there you have it, that whole video was something they had to bargain out of him using 25th threats!

Today

This today further feeds my fear about a theory of mine. If Trump simply decides to not leave the white house, nothing will happen. these law enforcement agents really don't want to use force. come that day, they will not move in a remove him. It would be SO unprecedented, that they simply won't do anything. Who wants to be the agency that removes a president? They won't be able to actually do for the spectacle of it all.
