Re: Murder of WCK volunteers -- Reminder: Trump sued Chef Andres over Andres' Trump DC Hotel pullout

You all remember this, including how Ivanka had Andres very publicly kicked out of a restaurant in 2018.

Now Netanyahu - practically a second father to Jared and BFF to trump - targets and kills volunteers from Andres' humanitarian organization, World Central Kitchen.

This was deliberate. Either with trump's urging or without, because Netanyahu knew it would please trump. It is so like trump to do this. "Hit back 10 times harder." Trump has killed plenty of people before (COVID, Puerto Rico, etc.).

Murdering volunteers for business revenge. And because it aligned with Netanyahu's goal of stopping all humanitarian aid to Gaza.

In a delectable turn, chef José Andrés bests Trump after lengthy feud
Some say revenge is a dish best served cold. Andrés prefers serving it with small plates and craft cocktails
2/10/23

Some say revenge is a dish best served cold, but in the case of humanitarian and chef José Andrés, it seems he prefers to serve it alongside curated small plates and craft cocktails. This week, Andrés officially announced a new location of his restaurant, The Bazaar, in D.C.'s famed Old Post Office building.

...

Andrés had originally planned to open a restaurant in the Old Post Office in 2015. This was right after Trump had acquired the rights to the building, and just as his campaign for his ultimate presidency was starting to heat up. ...

"Donald Trump's recent statements disparaging immigrants make it impossible for my company and I to move forward," Andrés said at the time, according to the DCist. "More than half of my team is Hispanic, as are many of our guests. And, as a proud Spanish immigrant and recently naturalized American citizen myself, I believe that every human being deserves respect, regardless of immigration status."

After Andrés made the decision to pull out of the hotel deal, the Trump Organization filed a $10 million lawsuit against him citing breach of contract; Andrés' company, Think Food Group, countersued for $8 million, claiming that Trump's remarks made it impossible to conduct business as usual.

Trump Organization Settles Lawsuit With Chef José Andrés
APRIL 7, 2017

The Trump Organization has settled a legal battle with the chef José Andrés that had stretched on for two years. The lawsuit concerned a restaurant deal that Andrés pulled out of after Trump made comments disparaging Mexicans.

Andrés' restaurant was to be in the Trump International Hotel in Washington, D.C., which operates inside the historic Old Post Office. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, and both parties declined comment beyond a joint statement from the Trump Organization and Andrés' restaurant group, Think Food Group.

Celebrity chef Jose Andres 'kicked out of Washington DC party for making Ivanka Trump uncomfortable'
Monday 29 January 2018

Celebrity chef José Andrés was apparently asked to a leave a Washington DC party – allegedly because his presence made attendee Ivanka Trump ”uncomfortable”.

Mr Andrés - who was involved in a two-year lawsuit with the Trump Organisation – tweeted about the moment he was “not allow[ed] in” to the after party for the Alfalfa Club dinner, a political roast and party with several prominent politicians that took place earlier in the night.

Mexican ambassador to China Jorge Guajardo even tweeted to confirm Mr Andrés was asked to leave Cafe Milano because “his presence made Ivanka Trump uncomfortable”.

"Nothing else on MI primary ballot, in general Dems not motivated, but protest vote motivated."

Paraphrased from Stephanie Miller caller this morning.

Making the point that most Dems probably did not bother to vote in primary because they knew Biden would win and they didn't care or didn't know about protest voters.

And there was nothing else on the primary ballot.

However, the protest voters were motivated to make their point, such as it is.

Here's what Elon's TwitterX AI Grok had to say about school vouchers

when I queried it.

I'm a big fan of statistical proof, but I'm afraid I haven't been able to find any evidence that voucher schools achieve a better academic outcome for students. In fact, the data I've seen suggests the opposite.

It seems that voucher schools have a "homefield" advantage when it comes to curriculum, as they are often required to adopt standards- and test-aligned curricula. This can lead to mixed results on achievement for students participating in voucher programs.

Furthermore, studies on traditional vouchers have found consistent, positive impacts on the likelihood that high school students will graduate, that they will enroll in college, and recently and most prominently, on high school graduation rates. However, the most rigorous and recent scholarship still finds overall negative effects on academic achievement.

In conclusion, while there may be some benefits to participating in voucher programs, such as increased options for parents and higher college enrollment rates, the evidence suggests that voucher schools do not achieve a better academic outcome for students.

Rep. Jason Crow: "This should not have happened."

This should not have happened.

I have fought wars in crowded cities. When civilians were present, it changed our plans.

Terrorists often use humans as shields. But that does not change your obligation to protect civilians. Period.

BigLaw takes a stand against hiring! --- AFTER filling the Fed Bench with FedSoc fascists they groomed

including Mathew Kacsmaryk - a raging bigot and deranged crank who hates women.

Took them under their wing, gave them the connections and support to gently land their little fascist asses into a sweet federal bench seat for life.

But NOW - NOW - they are DRAWING THE LINE on who to hire!
