The timelines do not lie.
The J6 committee was formed on July 1st 2021. They have been investigating for roughly 16 months. They are still finding evidence and interviewing witnesses. They will be issuing their final report soon.
The DA Willis investigation began Feb. 10th 2021. Her investigation is ongoing and should be completed in less than 2 years.
The Garland J6 investigation which is much larger than the Willis investigation started after the Willis investigation for a simple reason. Garland was not sworn into office until March 2021. At best the Garland J6 investigation, the largest investigation in our history, has been going on for 18 months.
The secret document investigation. The subpoena for documents was issued on May 11 2022. The search warrant was approved by a judge on Aug. 5th. That investigation has been going on for a little over 3 months.
It is fair to say, emotionally the investigations have been taking too long. In reality they have not.
Unfortunately, rich assholes like Trump can hire lawyers to use every trick in the book to slow the process, average people cannot. Even with Trumps delay tactics all the investigations have moved forward at a steady pace.
Holy shit, We are going to enjoy watching the civil war within the Republican Party.
This is going to be something to behold. The Republicans know they have to dump Trump or they are screwed. Trump is going to go into full attack mode against Desantis, Moscow Mitch and the Democrats. All of this is going to take place at the same time all the investigations come to a head.
Get your popcorn ready, get your cocktails ready, this is going to be payback for all the bullshit we had to witness the past 6 years.
The American people are going to witness a shit storm called the Republican Party. They are not going to like it.
The next 2 years may be the Last Stand of the Tea Party.
They now call themselves the Freedom Caucus. If the Republicans take the House and McCarthy becomes the Speaker he will have a big decision to make. Trump and the Tea Party members will attempt to set the agenda. McCarthy has to decide whether he will accept that or not. If Trump and the Tea Party set the agenda it will be uncontrolled extremism. I believe the majority of the American people will reject it and it will harm the Republicans in the 2024 election.
We witnessed the American people reject their extremism in this election. If they Tea Party takes control in the House they will not be able to control themselves. It will get ugly and it will fail. In 2024 we may see the end of the so called Tea Party.
Just a reminder.
The Elmer seditious conspiracy trial may go to the the jury this week. This trial is a big fucking deal. If Elmer and others are convicted of seditious conspiracy that will legally establish a seditious conspiracy took place. Who else was involved?
DA Willis has stated, she expects her investigation to end by the end of the year. We are getting close to the end of the year. She also stated people are facing serious charges. Some of the people she is investigating is Rudy, Meadows and fuck face Trump. I assume Willis and Garland have been coordinating in some way so their investigations don't get in each others way. They are both investigating the same people like the fake electors, Trump, etc.
The secret document investigation is on going. I believe the special master has until sometime in Dec to complete his job. When that is done we should learn a lot more.
The warrant issued in the search of Trumps home listed these charges.
Gathering, transmitting, or losing defense information. Up to 10 years in prison.
Concealment, removal, or mutilation generally. Up to 3 years in prison and disqualification from holding office.
Destruction, alteration, or falsification of records in a Federal investigation. Up to 20 years in prison.
Some people suggest Garland will not indict the coup plotters because of political reasons.
When it comes to politics, if Garland does not indict the coup plotters it will politically harm Biden for this reason. The American people know crimes were committed. They know the coup plotters are guilty. They know there is overwhelming smoking gun evidence.
Biden picked Garland and he would be blamed if Garland let the coup plotters walk away free. It would be a disaster for Biden. Can you imagine Biden trying to explain why his AG let the coup plotters walk away free? Good fucking luck.
I am not worried about it because Garland does not play politics. Garland has already told us no one is above the law and he will follow the law without fear or favor, period.
Trump was politically wounded, this could lead people more willing to testify against him.
The investigations have been moving forward, many people are in legal jeopardy. Many may have been fearful of testifying against, turning against Trump. The weaker Trump becomes, the less people will fear him. Just a thought.
What happens when a narcissist has his ego crushed?
We are about to find out. Trump is 100% ego and he is losing and losing and losing. He is losing political power, he is losing followers, he is losing financially, legally. His brain is going to come apart at the seams. He will most likely lash out with uncontrolled revenge. He will most likely make things worse for himself and those who he blames for his mistakes.
Trump is heading for a very bad ending.
Welcome back reality, it was a long 6 years without you.
For me the most maddening thing about the Trump era was the complete disregard of reality by many Americans. Trumps presidency was nothing but lies, corruption, madness. It was a freak show. In many ways Trump never did the job of a president. He was not capable of doing the job. It was just a big con. Trump survives by attacking reality. Reality is his #1 enemy.
The past two years was the Big Lie, which was a child like lie not based in reality. It was ridiculous. Reality came back home in this election. The Big Lie is dead. MAGA is slowly dying. Trump has been severely weakened politically. Trump has lost all the things that have protected him for 6 years. Reality is now beating Trump.
Hopefully soon, reality will bring back justice with great vengeance. The indictments of all the people who planned the Jan 6th attempted coup.
