This crime and investigation has been very strange from the beginning. It is clear to me the National Archives and the DOJ from the beginning just wanted the Orange Whale to return the documents. The so called genius decided to play games, commit crimes, by not returning the documents. If he had returned them this would have all went away.
Many of us don't understand why Trump hasn't been charged in this case yet. It doesn't make a lot of sense. I have no doubt Trump will never want to go on trial for anything. It will make him look like a loser. Nothing scares Trump more. For some reason the DOJ may not want to bring this case to trial if possible. We know the DOJ is still looking for missing documents. Trump hired some organization to look for documents. They found some in a storage unit and returned them.
Could there be some type of negotiation going on between Trumps lawyers and the DOJ? Return all the documents, pay a fine, perhaps agree to never run for office again and the DOJ will not bring it to trial. The reason perhaps, nothing has happened in this case is because Trump doesn't know where all the documents are. Maybe he has agreed to return them but can't find them. Who the hell knows.
All of this is just a guess, however Trump does have a long history of settling things when he knows he can't win. It is possible the DOJ may want this to all go away so they can concentrate on the largest investigation in our history, The Coup of Fools investigation.
Putin does not understand Freedom. That's why he is losing and may be looking for a way out.
The people of Ukraine got a taste of Freedom. They like it. The people of Ukraine are not fighting for a religion, tribe, political party, they are fighting for Freedom. Freedom for their children, they are united. People who are fighting for Freedom will never, ever, give up. Putin doesn't understand this.
I have become a fan of the people of Ukraine. They fight for Freedom like us.

The Coup of Fools.
Some people are saying Trump came very close to pulling off his coup. I call bullshit.
In order to pull off a coup in America, we are not a country in South America, Africa or the Middle East, this is America. You need complete control of the military and The Justice Dept. Trump had neither. Trump had control of the Oath Keepers and Proud Boys, LOl.
You would have to arrest all your political opponents, judges, Governors, thousands of Biden supporters. You would have to take over the courts. If Trump declared martial law the military would have stood down. General Milley would have made sure of it.
It looks like Trumps plan relied on Pence stopping the vote count and then sending it back to States. That is laughable. Even if Pence did this it would have never been accepted. Biden, Pelosi, Democrats in Congress, Judges. Governors, Justice Dept, and 80 million Biden voters would have fought back.
This truly was the Coup of Fools.
If I were sitting on a jury, the 187 minutes evidence Alone, would be enough for me to vote guilty.
It has been proven Trump called the crowd to Washington.
It has been proven Trump sent the crowd to the Capital.
It has been proven Trump and others angered the crowd before they sent them to the Capital.
It has been proven Trump knew the crowd was armed.
It has been proven Trump sent the crowd to the Capital at the same time the vote counting was to begin. Anyone sitting on a jury would understand that was not an accident, it was planned.
It has been proven Trump watched the attack for hours on TV and did nothing.
It has been proven everyone around Trump, including his own children, told him to call off the attack, he refused.
Trump could have tweeted, appeared on TV and told the crowd attacking the Capital to stop. Most damning of all, Trump could have made one phone call and ordered the National Guard in to stop the attack. He did nothing.
It has been proven Trump tweeted during the attack about Pence, further inciting the crowd.
All of the above proves intent beyond reasonable doubt. Trump wanted the attack to happen, to continue.
As a juror, following this evidence, following the law, I would vote guilty on these charges.
Trump aided and abetted an attack on the Capital beyond reasonable doubt.
Trump obstructed an official act of congress beyond a reasonable doubt. I would vote guilty on these charges and possibly more.
By the way, prosecutors have a lot more evidence than just the 187 minutes evidence. If I were a prosecutor I would not be afraid to prosecute Trump out of the fear I would lose.
Some people may ask, why am I so obsessed with the prosecution of Trump. It may be because a no good rotten fucking traitor attempted to destroy the country I love. Yea, that could be the reason.

The Georgia special grand jury may be issuing their final report soon.
Judges on the County Superior Court will review the report and then decide to disband the jury or decide more investigations are needed.
In the end, DA Willis will then decide whether or not to take the evidence to a regular Grand Jury for indictments. We should learn one way or another what Willis is going to do fairly soon.
Is Trump smart?
Myself, I see Trump like a trained monkey who got very good at learning a few corrupt tricks. Over all I think he is extremely ignorant on many issues. He does watch the news and learns a few things.
Trump spent his whole life surrounded by corrupt lawyers and corrupt people. I think he spent most of his time asking them questions. He is always asking peoples opinion because he doesn't know what to do. He constantly looks for ideas from other people and many times he takes the wrong, the worst, advice. He constantly makes mistakes that lawyers have to bail him out of.
In the J6 report Hope Hicks testified Trump asked her if J6 was as bad as everyone is saying it was? That is a dumb question. Hicks told him yes and Trump said he did not think that was fair.
Trump did not come up with the fake elector scheme. He did not know about the 12th amendment. Corrupt people gave him the idea. I believe Trump comes up with very few ideas of his own.
There is no doubt Trump is very conniving. He has spent his whole life learning how to be corrupt from very corrupt people. But I would never call Trump smart.
I am tired of SOME prosecutors coming on the news saying the DOJ may have a hard time proving
this or that. Fuck that. They do this shit all the time and it bums people out and convinces them nothing is going to happen.
Indict the fucking traitors, put the overwhelming evidence in front of a jury and let them decide. I have faith in the people who serve on a jury. I have faith in the evidence.
For prosecutors to say the DOJ may have a hard time proving something beyond a reasonable doubt is them saying the DOJ will not indict. BULLSHIT!
The attempted coup has to be prosecuted, period. End of fucking story.
Excuse me for blowing my top but I just watched a prosecutor on MSNBC who was being stupid. I forget his name.
Will All the fake electors fall on their swords for Trump, Eastman, Rudy, etc?
Garland, Smith, Willis are all focused in on the fake electors. This is a focal point of the investigations. We know many of the fake electors were in direct contact with Trump, Eastman, Rudy. That's big.
If the DOJ can nail the fake electors with multiple felonies where they are facing years in prison. That's what you call pressure. Then can pressure them to make a plea deal. Give up the top coup plotters and you will serve much less time in prison.
They only need to turn one or two of them and that will change everything.
I find it hard to believe all the fake electors will fall on their swords for Trump ,Eastman, Rudy.
The J6 committee backed up their criminal referrals with overwhelming evidence.
Game on traitors.
The fake electors in some States signed their names stating they were the true electors. DUH!
They are screwed. In other States the fake electors were not as stupid. They signed their names stating they were the alternate electors.
Cassidy Hutchinson is no dummy and her testimony in the final report is devastating. Her Trump appointed lawyer lost his job yesterday. Another Trump lawyer bites the dust. More to come, a lot more.
The pressure on the traitors is growing day by day. The J6 committee final report is devastating. In my opinion there is enough evidence in the final report that would convince a jury to convict the coup plotters, fake electors. The DOJ will add their evidence and make the evidence even more damning.
I have said this before, when the indictments come down things are going to snowball. People are going to turn, make a plea deal. They will turn on each other in order to save themselves.
