Does anybody here know how many of the fake electors are Republican State legislators?

I imagine the committee is going to name names when if comes to the fake electors.

Something to consider; If Trump is indicted, which one of these choices would he fear most.

Remember, we are dealing with a narcissist. He does not think normally.

Would Trumps fear of going to trial cause him to seek a plea deal, admit guilt? Or would his fear of admitting guilt cause him to go to trial?

I can see a scenario where Garland indicts Trumps inner circle first. All of us, including Trump would see the crimes they are being charged with. It is fair to say they could be charged with multiple felonies. Seeing these charges Trump would freak out. He would have to worry some of his inner circle would turn on him. He would know if he is indicted he would be in serious trouble.

Trump has a long history of fighting charges against him until he sees he can't win, then he makes a deal to get out of it.

We know Trump has a fear of going to trial. In his warped mind going to trial would make him look bad and that is something that terrifies Trump. He would also risk being convicted which also terrifies him.

We also know Trump fears admitting that he is wrong, guilty, of anything. He thinks it makes him look weak, which also terrifies him.

In my opinion, I believe Trump would attempt to make a deal, plea bargain. A Trump trial would be a freak show. All of us want Trump to go on trial, be convicted and sent to prison for the rest of his life. Would Trump risk that possibility by going to trial?

Are you ready, here is how Trump is defending himself about Jan 6th.

I believe the election was stolen. I did not try and stop the vote count, I just wanted it delayed so the legislators in the states could take a look at it. It was a peaceful protest that got out of hand. Good fucking luck Trump, you are going to need it.

He is admitting to the crimes, he is trying to spin it as if it was legal. Trump has used the same pattern over and over again. Now that pattern is worn out.

The committee has complained Garland is not doing enough. Then,

Garland asked the committee for the evidence they had collected so he could move forward with his investigations. At first the head of the committee said, No.

How do you spell contradiction.

I am now telling people I know to be prepared for a monumental, historic event heading our way.

The American people know about Jan 6th, they know about the hearings and the investigations. However, many Americans are doing what Americans have always been good at, Slumbering.

The committee has already proven, beyond reasonable doubt, they are all guilty. Garland, the DOJ cannot walk away. I do not know exactly how all of this is going to end. However, I know it is going to have a monumental, historic, ending. An ending that will change our country forever.

Kirschner is on MSNBC saying this.

Trump is on the hook for treason.

When Trump discovered this he could not resist the evil power it gave him.

"I could shoot someone on 5th Ave and my voters would not care". When Trump discovered millions of Americans would believe anything he said or did he could not resist. He knew it gave him immense power.

For a narcissist, a person who has no morals, no shame, a lust for corruption, it was like hitting the lottery. I think even Trump was surprised when he discovered this.

Through the years most everything Trump said or did was directed towards his brainwashed voters. He told them the silliest, foolish, lies imaginable. In many cases his corruption was done right out in the open. Trump knew this evil power over his voters would also control the Republicans in congress. They feared Trumps voters.

When you get right down to it, the true evil in America is the brainwashed Trump voters.

Earlier today, someone on MSNBC cut through all the static, bullshit, and told the truth.

With the evidence already presented by the committee (a lot more to come) it would be a clear cut case of Dereliction of Duty if Trump and his inner circle were not indicted for Jan 6th. The evidence to indict is overwhelming already. I do not see Garland committing Dereliction of Duty

If Garland allowed Trump and his inner circle to simply walk away, not indict them, it would set off a firestorm. Biden would be forced to remove Garland. There is no way in hell Garland can let this historic, dangerous moment, this crime, remain open ended. It has to be dealt with. It has to be dealt with in a court of law.

Indictment does not equal conviction. Trump and his inner circle must have their day in court. They must be given a chance to present their evidence. This can only happen if they are indicted.

The news media is debating whether or not Trump knew what he was doing is illegal.

Give me a break. It is highly unlikely we will see a video of Trump or a recording of Trump admitting he knew what he was doing is illegal.

There is this thing called, circumstantial evidence. Everybody and their mother were telling Trump what he was doing is illegal. People who sit on a jury are not stupid. It is beyond ridiculous people sitting on a jury would believe Trump did not know what he was doing was illegal, after seeing all the circumstantial evidence.

Many people have been convicted on circumstantial evidence alone. You do not need the murder weapon to prove someone committed murder. Has commonsense died in America?
