The Grand Jury subpoena looking at the Trump rallies up to the Jan 6th rally is a very broad subpoena. It could encompass scores of people, perhaps hundreds. Not only does this subpoena seek information about who planned, funded, attended, the rallies, They are also seeking information about anyone in the executive and legislative branches who may have been involved in the attack on the capital. This subpoena basically covers everyone involved in the coup.
We know this grand jury has already called some people who organized the rallies to testify. We also know some of the people involved in the fake electors scheme have also been subpoenaed.
We know Navarro, Clark and Eastman are being investigated by the DOJ.
We know there is an investigation in Georgia looking at Trump, meadows and others.
When you at the big picture the DOJ is doing a lot and you understand how large of an investigation this is. It's gigantic.
The abortion ban: The Rise of the American Nazi.
What we are witnessing is pure fascism. The laws that are being passed by Republicans take away more than the right to abortion. It takes away all privacy and freedom. It is state control over the people. Some of the laws they are passing are flat out insane. Texas passed a bounty law.
They are passing laws where if you simply look up on line, give advice to, about abortion, you can be arrested. They are attempting to pass laws if you cross state lines for an abortion you will be arrested. Many innocent people are going to be arrested. Your smart phone could get you arrested.
In America, roughly 1 out 5 pregnancies end in a miscarriages. Under the laws being passed, they will have to investigated. That's a lot of investigations where you will have to prove you did not abort the baby.
It is time our leaders start calling out what we are witnessing. The Rise of the American Nazi.
18 U.S. Code 2383- Rebellion or insurrection.
Whoever incites, sets on foot, assists, or engages in any rebellion or insurrection against the authority of the United States or the laws thereof, or gives aid and comfort thereto, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both, and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States.
This is exactly what Trump did. He is guilty and he must be put on trial so this bullshit never happens again.
It should not take too long for the perpeTraitors Clark and Eastman to be indicted.
Usually when the Feds raid your house, take your phones, indictments follow rather quickly. Hopefully they are indicted before the elections. By doing this Garland can show everyone how serious the investigation is.
Garland can indict them and then continue on with his investigation and add charges later on if needed.
After the hearings are over the pressure on Garland to indict people is going to become more intense. Indicting Clark and Eastman would ease that pressure.
More evidence the abortion ban will be a catastrophic failure.
Women who are pregnant and then diagnosed with cancer. If the woman needs chemo to survive, I believe the pregnancy must be terminated. Banning abortion is going to lead to so many problems most people are not aware of. It's going to throw the healthcare system, the courts, into chaos.
Republicans are going to pass laws trying to keep up with all the problems they caused, making things worse.
The Supreme Court has replaced the Senate.
The Democrats in the House have passed hundreds of bills that would transform our country for the better. They were all blocked by the Senate filibuster.
When the Republicans control the House they pass crazy bills which are blocked by the Senate filibuster. The Senate has become useless.
Because of this the Republicans are now bypassing congress and using the Court to pass laws.
The Democrats must educate the public on this major problem.
Nov. elections: The Democrats new battle cry should be, They're coming to take all your rights away.
This is a no brainer for the Democrats. The Republicans did not understand you cannot take a right away from the American people. It is political suicide. Want to wake up a slumbering American, take his rights away.
The democrats can say this. If the Republicans gain control of congress, they will ban abortion across the country. They will ban contraception. They will end gay marriage. They can run political ads showing what Judge Thomas said.
As the Democrats run on this they can also run on the fact Trump and the Republicans attempted to end our democracy. They tried to over throw the government by storming the capital. They tried to put in place fake electors.
At some point the Republicans in congress are going to realize they are in trouble. they are going to have to make tough decisions. They are going to have to turn on Trump because he is becoming toxic. The Republican Party is going to fracture, if it hasn't already.
The future battle in America may take place in the Republican Party. The moderates, the sane, vs the MAGA crazies.
In the near future, this will happen to a woman somewhere in America.
A pregnant women arrives at an emergency room in a state where abortion has been completely banned, except when the mothers life is in danger. The penalty in this state for performing an abortion may be life in prison.
The woman tells the doctor, something is wrong. The doctor examines the women and finds nothing wrong. Her life is not in danger. He then examines the baby and discovers the baby suffers from some type of condition that will eventually kill the baby and put the mothers life in danger. At that moment the baby is not danger.
The doctor knows the pregnancy should be terminated immediately. He hesitates because the mother and baby are not in danger at that moment. He fears he could be arrested if he aborts the baby.
He decides to admit the woman to the hospital and keep her under observation. A few days later the woman suddenly goes into shock, They rush her into surgery but it is to late , both the mother and baby die.
Investigations are started, lawsuits are filed, it is complete chaos.
Something like this has happened in the past here and in other countries where abortion was banned. It is part of history.
The Republicans are going to regret this decision, they think they have won, in reality they have lost big time. Unfortunately many women are going to die before this horrible decision can be fixed.
The teflon is starting to wear off Teflon Don.
He went too far on Jan 6th and it is catching up to him. When he left office he lost his greatest protection. The presidency, a DOJ that protected him. That's all gone and there is not a dam thing he can do to stop, to corrupt, the investigations. He will try and he will commit more crimes.
Too many people have been caught up, charged, soon to be charged in the attempted coup. Many of them will turn on each other .Many people in Trumps inner circle are going to be indicted.
This time Trump cannot buy his way out. No lawyer can save him.
When they overturned Roe, they created tens of millions of pissed off Mama Grizzly Bears.
I shit you not, if you don't believe me, go out and talk to women you know and don't know. Women are going to vote this November in big numbers. Many men are also pissed off.
