Eastman, Rudy and Meadows led the fake electors scheme from the Whitehouse. There is a lot of evidence, documents, emails, showing Eastman, Rudy, Meadows contacting or being contacted by everyone involved in the fake elector scheme.
They were in contact with the fake electors in multiple States. They were in contact with State representatives, Republicans in Congress, other lawyers from outside the Whitehouse, Trump supporters outside the Whitehouse. They didn't even try to hide what they were doing. DUH! Eastman and Rudy spent most of their time trying to convince people what they were doing was legal all while they knew it was illegal. Meadows was Trumps contact point. Everyone was calling Meadows. Meadows was heavily involved in the Georgia case.
We know they traveled to States to convince people that the fake Electors scheme was legal. They knew what they doing was illegal. They left a long trail of evidence and they dragged a lot people into their foolish scheme. The DOJ has a long list of people they can subpoena, they can attempt to turn. that process has begun. Fake electors have been subpoenaed along with aides for Pence.
The fake electors investigation is going to bring a lot of people down. People like Navarro and Jeffrey Clark were also a big part of the scheme. I have no doubt the DOJ is targeting them also.
Justice is coming people.
At least two Republican lawmakers in Arizona have received subpoenas in fake electors scheme.
Both of them signed their names to the fake document. The DOJ investigation into the fake electors will lead them straight to people like Eastman and Rudy and hopefully Trump.
Marc Short and another Pence aide testified before a grand jury. Most likely they were asked about the pressure campaign led by Trump to get Pence to go along with the fake elector scheme. We know Trump and Eastman were putting pressure on Pence to go along with the fake elector scheme. When Pence refused, Trump sent a violent crowd to Force Pence to do what he wanted. That is seditious conspiracy.

It is now clear the DOJ investigation has reached the people at the top. Things are really going to heat up for the coup plotters.
Just a guess, it looks like Garland is investigating the fake electors and the pressure campaign by Trump and his inner circle to Force pence to go along with it. All of this could lead to conspiracy charges that takes all the traitors down.
MSNBC: Claire McCaskill and Andrew Weissmann were complaining, trashing Garland then this happened.
Breaking News, Pence Chief of Staff testifies in front of grand jury in Jan 6th investigation. They both shut up real quick, they looked foolish.
In my opinion, people need to let Garland do his job and stop complaining that things are not going the way they think they should. There is a chance you could end up looking foolish.

It has begun, this probably means Garland is starting to investigate the pressure campaign by Trump to force Pence to over turn the election. This is good news.
The Fatal Ignorance of Trump voters.
We have never seen ignorance on this scale in our lifetimes. It has happened throughout history with very bad results. Trump voters are ignorant of the news, facts, reality itself and nothing seems to be able to change their minds. It is really scary.
The hardcore Trump voters, some who have watched the hearings, still believe Trump is completely innocent. The election was still stolen. Some, not many, of the less crazy Trump voters are recognizing the truth but have a hard time dealing with it.
I know the Trump voters will live in infamy. I don't know what is going happen when reality hammers them. Some may come to their senses, others may lose their minds.
I wonder how many Trump voters have killed themselves by Fatal Ignorance. We know many died from covid because of ignorance.
Just a guess, I think I know why committee members are putting pressure on Garland.
I believe Garland /DOJ have a 60 day policy when it comes to elections. Starting sometime in September Garland will not announce investigations, indictments, etc, into any of the people involved in coup. If he takes action it will have to happen in August or it will not happen until after the election.
Members of the committee want Garland to announce an investigation, indictments, before the election. They know if Garland doesn't do that soon it will not happen until after the election.
Corrupt people, extremists, may not plea deal when indicted for misdemeanors.
Indict them for serious felonies with long prison sentences and they will sing like canaries. Bannon, Navarro, Meadows, Eastman, Clark, Rudy, are all acting like really tough guys now.
Lets see what happens when they are indicted for serious felonies with long prison sentences. Lets see how tough they are then. Will they all go to prison for a long time for Trump, for their fascist beliefs or will they show their true colors, cowards all of them.
Sing traitors sing. It's coming.
Bannon has bigger problems than going to jail for contempt.
Let's say the judge who will sentence Bannon goes for a middle of the road sentence. Bannon is facing up to two years. Lets' say the judge gives him one year. Bannon faces the possibility of being subpoenaed by a grand jury for the attempted coup, while he is in prison. They will not have trouble serving that subpoena.
Bannon was part of the conspiracy, the coup. Bannon is acting like a tough guy now, lets see what happens when a grand jury comes calling.
The same goes for Navarro. It is clear he and Bannon have been talking, planning together what they are going to do.
I predict a very bad ending for these two assholes.
Clark and Eastman: Could there be indictments coming soon?
When the feds get a judge to sign off on a warrant to raid your house, confiscate your phone, that means there is evidence of a crime. They have the goods on you.
Usually, indictments follow in short order. I am hoping this happens before the election season starts. Once the election season starts we probably will not see any indictments, arrests until after the election ends.
The cancer in the Republican Party has reached stage 4, terminal.
The cancer of extremism in the Republican Party has metastasized. It has spread throughout the entire body. It is out of control and there is no cure. The Republicans can no longer control the spread of their extremism. We can already see the damage being done.
The polls are already showing the Democrats gaining a lot of ground in the November elections. That's going to get worse, for them. The Republicans no longer run on anything except extremism. When they get hurt by their extremism, they double down trying to fix it.
This type of cancer is not survivable in the long term. Just my opinion.
