After Trump left office I was hoping someone would come forward with recordings of Trump saying things behind the scenes. Can you imagine what Trump said in private? There were a lot of people in the White House who did not agree with what Trump was doing. I thought there might be one person who may have recorded him with their cell phone or something.

In my opinion, this is the reason why Trump has not been indicted, YET!

In America no one wants to see a sitting president or a former president indicted for serious felonies. Because that means something has gone terribly wrong. We want all of our presidents to be law abiding. Throughout our history the large majority of our presidents were law abiding. We had a couple of bad apples like Nixon who did the right thing by resigning. Ford pardoned him for the reason I stated above.

Then someone like Trump comes along and puts us in a position no one wants to be in. Trump was and is so corrupt we do not have any choice but to indict him. Not indicting him would destroy the rule of law and our democracy with it.

Now Garland is faced with the horrible truth a former president must be indicted. The full weight of our history, our future is on Garlands shoulders. He knows what is at stake. He knows he has to get this right, make no mistakes. He must do this in a way that limits the damage to our nation and does not tear the country to pieces. Garland, not us, has to consider all of this. The pressure on him must be off the charts.

I wanted Trump arrested immediately after they searched his resort and found top secret documents. That would have made me very happy, but I also understand doing so would have set off a firestorm across the country.

The same goes for Jan 6th. We all know Trump is guilty of multiple felonies. I want justice now, but I understood from the beginning this was the largest investigation in our history. It was going to take time, it has to be done right.

The problems we are seeing know are not being caused by Garland, the DOJ/FBI. They are being caused by Trump. Trump has put us in a position no one wants to be in. A position no one has ever faced before.

It all falls on Garlands shoulders. He will follow the law and indict Trump. But he has the unimaginable task of bringing down a former president without a rule book. Something that has never done before and he has to do it in way that will cause the least amount of turmoil to out nation.

We should all wish Garland the best of luck.

Trump learned while he was in office what he could get away with from lawyers. He learned he could commit crimes if he found a corrupt AG.

Trump was taught not to use e-mails. He was taught to attack those who tried to hold him accountable. He was taught to use other people to do his dirty work and then throw them under the bus if they got caught. He was taught how to delay investigations. He learned about pardons and how he could use them to get others to commit crimes or remain silent.

Trump is not, has never been a genius, a master criminal. He used lawyers, money to get away with everything. Being a textbook narcissist, he did not have morals, empathy, a heart to stop him from doing anything.

At this moment we are starting to see the real Trump. He no longer has the presidency, corrupt AG to protect him. He no longer has the ability to hire any lawyer he wants. He is losing everything that gave him cover for who he really is. A rich, narcissistic, criminal, dumb fuck.

I believe he should be charged for some level of murder. He called the crowd to DC. He riled the crowd up and sent them to the capital. He watched the attack for over 3 hours. He tweeted during the attack and attacked Pence which inflamed the crowd. He watched the violence take place and did nothing.

All of this was premeditated. Everything Trump did that day was a lie. The Trump voter was shot because Trump lied to her. All the cops who died and were injured happened because Trump lied.

The 187 minutes Trump did nothing while watching the violence take place is proof he is guilty. I am tired of hearing people say there is not enough evidence to assure a conviction in a trial. I am tired of cowardly prosecutors. I want Trump charged with every fucking charge possible. Let a jury decide instead of waving a white flag and giving up. You can't fear losing. You may fail on some charges, but others you may not. Charge that piece of shit with everything you can.

Alex jones is an evil motherfucker. I can't imagine what the Sandy Hook families have been through because of this asshole. These families have suffered enough and Jones is forcing them to live the horror of losing a baby over and over again.

In a way, the special master is speeding up the process, the exact opposite of what Trump wanted to happen.

Judge Dearie is ruling on all of Trumps and his lawyers bullshit now. When Trump is indicted and goes on trial all of this will be settled. They won't be able to use it to delay the trial.

This is what happens when you think you are smarter than everyone else.

AG James case is a civil case. As far as I know Trump has never sat in front of a jury and testified. If this civil case goes to trial Trump and his boneheaded children may have to testify. I don't see Trump doing that. Trump and at least one of his sons took the 5th hundreds times in this case. That can be used against them in a civil trial.

Prosecutors in the past have settled with Trump. I am wondering, will AG James be the first to refuse any plea by Trump. I am getting the feeling she wants blood. She wants this to go to trial, where she will win, and possibly set the stage for future criminal prosecutions.

Just my opinion.

AG James has Trump by his nuts. He will fight, delay, but when he knows he will have to go on trial, he will settle, make a deal. This has worked for him his whole life. This time things may not turn out the way Trump thinks. Will AG James settle? I'm not sure about that. She is on a mission.

Trump would have to give AG James everything she wants in order to avoid a trial. Stay tuned.

As a New Yorker, I am going to enjoy watching Trump lose control of every property he has in NY. Including the Trump Tower.

They will retreat into the nostalgia of their lost cause, of their imagined loss of their America.

Some of them will react with violence and will be arrested, imprisoned.

Trump voters are heading for a life of dismay.
