I would like to remind everyone the investigations are not over. They are all moving forward and expanding. In Georgia it is now clear people are going to be indicted. This is all good news. Be positive, remain hopeful. Justice is coming.
Trumps alternate lawyers in the Whitehouse came up with the idea of alternate electors.
This one of the most bizarre facts about Trumps corrupt presidency. He had some smart, not crazy, lawyers around him. When they told Trump he could not do something because it was illegal. He would go to his alternate lawyers, people like Rudy, Powell, Eastman and ask their opinions. They would tell him yes it is legal. Then Trump would do it because he is an idiot.
It's absolutely insane and now Trump and his alternate lawyers are in deep shit.
Reminder, some of the fake electors in Georgia, other States. are Republican politicians.
The Republican Party, Republican State legislators problems are just beginning. Wait till the indictments hit.

She has used it before so she has experience. From what I have read about RICO you target the group not the individual. A conspiracy. A pattern of the group who are committing crimes covered under RICO laws. Georgia has their own RICO laws. It covers a wide array of possible charges. You basically just have to prove a conspiracy took place. There was definitely a pattern of a group of people trying to illegally over turn the election in Georgia.
It may be easier to nail Trump as part of a group, conspiracy. Instead of trying to nail him as an individual.
It will be interesting to see how she handles this, stay tuned.
Willis has been investigating Trump and the coup plotters. We now know she is going to indict people. It is fair to say she is going to indict the coup plotters. We don't who, how many, what the charges are. But the writing is on the wall.

Trump just claimed victory over what the Georgia judge released today.
People gave me a hard time when I said the judge wasted time releasing a 9 page report. It was not necessary at this time and it gave very little evidence, information, which was expected.. It helped no one but Trump. Trump is now using it to spread propaganda on social media. See, I told you, nothing there, fake investigation.
Great job judge.
If someone can show this evidence I will change my opinion on what the judge did today.
Show me the evidence where the special grand jury in Georgia asked the judge to release their special report or a portion of their report at a specific time. Did the judge have to create an event, a distraction, that was not necessary at this time? An event that was not really much of an event.
We know the grand jury asked the judge to release their report. We know Willis appeared before the judge to inform him of the status of her investigation. We know she informed the judge she was about to enter the indictment stage. The judge knew indictments would give the public much more information than what he could release now from the grand jury report at this time.
If the grand jury gave no specific time for when they wanted their report released. That would mean the judge was under no obligation to release the report or a portion at this time. Why not wait for a more reasonable time where he would be able to release more of the grand jury report to the public?
It is time to move on to more important news.
Willis is going indict people and not just people who lied to the grand jury. People who lie to a grand jury get indicted . Trump and the coup plotters have one defense and we all know it's bullshit. They believe the election was stolen. That can be proven not to be true.
It is not shocking, surprising news the grand jury in Georgia would find no evidence that the election was stolen in Georgia. Everyone knows it wasn't.
Indictments are coming. justice is coming.
