Would lead to a constitutional amendment placing the US Marshals Service DIRECTLY under the Judicial branch, rather than having them operate as an arm of the Executive?
Cause right now, the courts and Congress both can issue all the rulings they want, trump can ignore the shit out of them, and like Jackson before him, nobody can do shit. And he knows it.
