(18,124 posts)what you call the words of the subject of the OP. Every white person is not a racist and that is plainly understood as a point in OP. But white racist and whites, in general, have ALWAYS seen, ALL AA, as n*****s or black people. It's our mark of Cain to be black in a white society, we cannot hide from the hate, you can. I do not know which white is racist because the hate is spread among so many white people. So escape and denial is possible.
No escape for a person of color when it comes to being hated because, black skin cannot be hidden. That is the reality and truth of being generally an AA or n****r in this hugely racist land.
When it came time for the racists to have their hang the n****r picnic, could the AA hide? No. Overgeneralization. No.
When white people get called out as the OP did. The responses of being insulted, angry, pissed off become ludicrous in the extreme. It's not an over-generalization to say the white race created this racism problem and the huge trust issue/problem we all, as americans, have to deal with. Trump has created mistrust and racial division on a level that is unprecedented in modern times. Overgeneralization is not a problem or something to be wary of, by an AA, when dealing with white society.
