6. Liberals have lost the battle to call ourselves "patriots"

The narrative on patriotism is in the R's hands, and they are free to interpret it however they want. In this instance, protecting the "president" at all costs is the "patriotic" thing to do.

We need to be making a much bigger stink about the narrative. We need to reclaim some of these terms like "patriotism".
