3. I just went online and looked up and verified my registration status - it showed I was registered

....and have vote by mail status and that it had not been received yet.

I plan tomorrow to actually go to the Registrar of Voters/Election office for my county and hand in physically my vote by mail ballot instead of even mailing it.

I then plan in the days after to check the status online that shows its been received (yes, my county gives that kind of detail). I want to know my vote was received and I will do all I can to physically get it in. There isn't anything closer to guaranteeing that then what I plan to do.
